I am usually not outspoken about things but this has been one of the worst experiences with a company in my life. My internet, phone, and TV had several connection errors over the 6 months I had the service. Without much technical support, it took sometimes 3 days to resolve the problem. If you don't mind not having TV or internet for 3 days, then you might like Access Media 3. I was charged 4 months for call forwarding and 3-way call but I called over 10 times to have it set up without a response. I asked for a refund but no response from customer service. I don't know how I could have had a worse experience. Avoid Access Media 3 if possible and save yourself stress and hours of frustration! Pros: Fast internet when works Cons: No technical support, TV, Interent and Phone often fail
