Abel Posada arrived within the expected time frame on Sunday. He capably identified the problems with our malfunctioning AC system and repaired what he could in an expeditious manner. He was neat and clean in his work.
A return visit will be required due to a type of test that needs to be done (Parts for that test were not on the truck). Abel indicated that ARS will contact us when it is available and that he would return to perform the test.
He was professional and pleasant.
