My 20 Year old Hot Water Heater died Tuesday night. I called ARS because we had received a flyer in the mail. Shaun returned my call in less than 5 minutes. He came out and evaluated the problem and explained it to me. He said that I needed to replace it and he explained my options. We had been worried about this issue and had been looking into Tankless units. Shaun gave me the costs for different units and once selected he told me why it cost less to get it from ARS rather than a Big Box store. He said he could pick up the unit I wanted and be back first thing in the morning. He said it would take about 4 hours to install and haul away all the old materials. Shaun also said he might have someone with him to help. I have a house full of females so I worry about who comes in ! Shaun arrived 10 minutes ahead of the target time. That was Great. He had no help so I was concerned that things would take longer. No ! Shaun, by himself, got the whole job done in 4 hours and 15 minutes including the paper work. Shaun was patient with me explaining how things worked. I have 5 dogs that make a lot of noise. Shaun was nice to them and that mde it easier for them. I spent a lot of money for this Water Heater. Shaun helped me to feel better about the investment and not at all like I was beening Ripped off. Shaun was Outstanding! And now the Girls have all the Hot Water they want for thier showers. If I have any other problems that fall under the ARS domain, I'll be Back.
