Rolf (comfort advisor) spent about 2 hours giving us very useful information about Furnace and Air conditioners. We were doing some analysis on replacing ours, as a preventive measure, now that the current equipment is about 18 years old. It was a pleasure speaking with Rolf. No pressure to buy, very professional, very knowledgeable. It was a great experience.
