Are these really costomers of Villaggio?- I did get services there before and really enjoyed myself- how ever I was also asked to write about my experience on this site-- Everything except the wait at the front desk was great. I recently visited the villaggio dayspa on the westside for the first time. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome and relaxed. My first service was an enzyme facial with Ashley. Ashley did a wonderful job of making me feel relaxed. After my facial I had a highlight and haircut with Laura. Laura did a PHENOMENAL job on my hair. She was a great listener and gave me exactly what I needed. Will definately be going back to Villaggio in the near future!!!!!! Pros: fantastic job from everyone more

I had already been going to Villaggio when my regular massage therapist (not at Villagio) retired. I was really in need of a massage, so I called Villaggio to see what they had to offer. I was introduced to Michael, and I have never had a better massage!!! I have migraines and lower back issues, but after he has worked on me, I feel great!! I give Michael the highest recommedation. He is very knowlegable and professional and I am very comfortable with him. If you like deep tissue, he is your guy!!! Pros: You truly feel pampered more

I visited the zionsville villaggios and requested a male therapist because i like Deep tissue work and met MIchael. Besides the fact that the staff and surroundings are wonderful i was very impressed with my actual treatment. Besides helping with my neck and migraine he tackled my LB that i had given up on and was awaiting surgery when it got worse. I would like to say that some of these reviews being posted sound like sour grapes. This Spa has done nothing but bend over backwards for me every time I've needed something. The therapists are very attentive to my personal needs. I can't see just certain people when I go in, because I know everyone is amazing! When I walk in to Villaggio I feel as if I'm home. If I have ever had a complaint it would be that some of the other visitors are being too loud. You go to the spa to relax! The only thing Villaggio should be accused of is providing a warm and welcoming environment. I have to say that if the people posting these comments obviously can't be pleased by anyone.So if you ARE interested in finding the perfect place to relax or give a relaxing gift, VILLAGGIO DAY SPA is the place to go! I recently spent a whole girls spa day at Villaggio, and was VERY impressed!! I started off the day with a facial which was so relaxing. The girl who helped me was very informative and personalized my facial as to what I needed. I then went into a 60minute massage. I was soo relaxed that I came out in a state of euphoria. It was exceptional. After that me and my friends enjoyed a mani, pedi of which was very nice. We were all able to sit in the same room next to each other, which gave us our ""girly"" time. Finally, we finished our day with a haircut and style by some of the best stylists in Indy. She gave an AMAZING scalp massage, and one of the most stylish cuts ever. Every spa member really took the time to make us all feel special. During my serives every staff member was very professional and extremely friendly. I recommend this beautiful spa to anyone and everyone. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Job Well Done to The Villaggio Day Spa's Staff, and Owners. You really know what your doing! I was given a gift certificate for a spa day for Christmas and I am so grateful to my employer for introducing me to my new favorite place in Geist. I will be back for sure. So relaxing, so cool, so modern, and so near my house thank goodness!!! Pros: Amazing Staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I have been going to Villaggio day spa in Fishers for over a year and have tried numerous massage therapists and facialists. I prefer extremely deep tissue work and I have a neuromuscular condition that makes me seek massage often. I feel like my angels were looking out for me when I was introduced to Anne Beck. She was attentive, sweet, extremely intuitive and knowledgable and provided some of the deepest work I have received, yet with the ultimate therapeutic touch. I felt a difference the moment I stood up. She is wonderful. I have praised my past therapists at Villaggio as well....all of the staff is excellent...best around town...however; if you like deep tissue work, Anne is truly remarkable. Ask questions, I have been going to the spa for over 6mos I was going to the same nail tech and massage therapist. I called and scheduled appointments for them in weeks ahead. I was not called or told that My massage therapist was no longer there. I found her Thank God and got in with her. Then I went in to find that my Nail tech was no longer there. At this point I am over this place if you could just make a phone call. This would have saved me a trip. Then the Man at the front desk told me that Ann was the best therapist there so I went to her. Well sorry mister thanks but no thanks. I would like to know why does the staff change and why does the owner not seem to do what it takes to keep the good ones around. You want a happy staff they make great people and become a part of your life when they leave do you care if the client leaves then don't lie to us. I had the pleasure of being Kyle's first massage on the crazy Wednesday before Thanksgiving.... Although new to Villagio, he has extensive experience, which was quite apparent! He was so courteous and sweet and asked just the right questions about preferences prior to the start of the massage to ensure the perfect touch. He checked in frequently but didn't talk too much. It was a magical hour, and I would recommend him to anyone who will listen! GO SEE KYLE! :-) more

I have been to every therapist at the spa. Karrie is the best one there, she is warm and a true caregiver. This women is awsome, she is smart and just a Joy to be around. She makes this spas massage area complete. I am in the sports world and I was told about her from a client of mine who plays her in indiana. I will now tell everyone about her. The people who have gone to her that I sent LOVE her. She is the deep tissue Sweet heart. NO ONE can do what she does. Thank you for your time try her she is The Best. My husband gave me a gift card for a facial for Christmas. I had forgotten how much it was for and called Villaggio to find out and to schedule the facial. They said $50 and scheduled me for a Classic Facial, 30 minute facial. The facial was great! But when I came out, they charged me $70!!! They said I received a 60 minute facial, when I explained that I only wanted 30 and asked to speak to the manager they diappeared and came back, said she was in a meeting that I had to pay the extra $20 or it would short the girl who gave me the facial. I paid the money b/c I didn't want to short her. Then I filed a complaint and the manager is still refusing to admit that the Villaggio did anything wrong, refusing to refund the measly $20, and accusing me of not understanding the situation. She obviously doesn't understand customer service. more

I DON'T USUALLY POST ONLINE REVIEWS; HOWEVER, WHEN I CAME ACROSS VILLAGGIO AND READ ANOTHER REVIEWERS COMMENTS I FELT COMPELLED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCES. I DISCOVERED VILLAGGIO LAST CHRISTMAS AFTER I RECEIVED A GIFT CARD FROM MY HUSBAND. MY FIRST VISIT WAS FOR A MASSAGE WITH ANNE. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE HAD IN TOWN. SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD FACIALS, MICRODERABRASION, AND NAIL SERVICES. I GET MY MANICURES AND PEDICURES EVERY TWO WEEKS WITH CHERYL. SHE IS GREAT! THE STAFF IS ALWAYS WARM AND WELCOMING! I AM IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND MY SCHEDULE IS EXTREMELY HECTIC. WHEN I AM LATE (WHICH IS FAIRLY OFTEN), THE STAFF DOES THEIR ABSOLUTE BEST TO ACCOMODATE ME. HOWEVER, WHEN I AM LATE I DON'T EXPECT THEM TO RUN LATE FOR THEIR NEXT CLIENT BECAUSE OF ME. I took my daugher, 14, to Villagio for her first ""highlighting"" and haircut . The receptionist was very obviously on a personal call and took awhile to finish this call and then finally asked if she could help us. I did notice that when she left and a new receptionist came in, the new receptionist greeted everyone who came through the door very warmly. She even came into the waiting area and asked if she could get us water. My daughter's hairstylist was very nice and did a good job with the highlighting, but barely cut anything off of her hair (she has barely shoulder length hair.) She charged $140.00 which I thought was a high considering she did just a slight trim. I was going to say something, but anyone who has a teenage daughter knows that she would be very embarassed. They had very few good magazines in the waiting area. The door from the waiting area to the stylist area was left open and it was very noisy. We were only offered water or orange juice, with the prices charged maybe they could offer a soft drink? I did notice a woman in the waiting area with a glass of wine, maybe you only get something besides water if you are paying for more expensive services? I went to the spa with my grandma who had come from Michigan for my birthday to spend the day with me. I haven't lived in Carmel for that long and got lost on the way there (still leaving 45 minutes early). We called the spa and told them we would be late and they said it would be fine. When we got there they said we would have to pay for the whole thing and we only got a 5 minute massage. (supposed to be 30 minutes) I understand that we were late but the manager wouldn't even come and talk to us. It was ridiculous and not a birthday well spent. I will never go back there again. more

I've been going to Villagio for a year and a half now. I always feel very pampered and relaxed whether I go for a spa treatment or just a haircut. I especially enjoyed the prenatal message during my pregnancy-it was heavenly. Everyone is sweet and helpful, and the appointments are always on time. I would highly recommend Villagio to anyone! more

There are two big reasons I keep going back to the Villagio, One is my massage therapist - Karriejoi. She is an amazing woman who makes sure to address every issue you raise. She is an inspiration and does not just focus on your physical well being, she tailors every massage to help you achieve balance. She is more than fair in terms of time allotment and is able to read your needs in terms of pressure, etc. THe other reason, is Love who has been doing my facials. It is always an incredible experienc. Love really worked with me to resolve some challenging skin situations. I will keep going back as long as those two are there!
