I have been going to Villaggio Day Spa since they first opened. It is a beautiful, relaxing place with a wonderful, professional and caring staff. I always walk away a satisfied customer and wouldn'd think of ever going anywhere else. more

Highly experienced massage therapist 8/24/2006

I have been receiving treatment for a bad hip that doesn't want to improve and after repeated visits to my chiroprator i decided a massage may help temporarily. I ended up finding a great male massuer who evaluated my symptoms and gave me much relief that lasted much longer than i hoped. I recieved more than i expected from a great day spa and will conitnue to be a client! Pros: knowledgeable, experienced and caring Cons: cost more

Satisfied since the beginning! 8/23/2006

I have been coming to the spa/salon since about November. I started there getting hair services, then moved to getting manicures and pedicures. I have been happy with every service that I have received at Villaggio. The staff is filled with knowledge, and are very helpful. I have an appointment every 5 weeks for a haircut and every 4 for a pedicure. I have been to 2 different manicurists and 3 different people for a haircut. Of course I have my favorites but I would recommend all of them! I am very happy, and thankful they are so close to my home! Pros: Full Service, wine!, very up to date! more

I have been going to Villaggio since their opening and the spa still meets and exceedes all of my expectations of a 1st class spa. I have tried most of the services that Villaggio offers and have never been disappointed. They have a first rate hair salon with skilled designers. \r The Manicure/Pedicure room is staffed with warm and friendly professionals that are fun to be around. I can only say GREAT things about this place. RELAXING, RELAXING, RELAXING. It is just what you want in a spa environment. I want the outside world to go away when I receive spa services and Villaggio answers. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and the environment speaks for itself. After much urging from a friend, I decided to try the Villaggio Day Spa. The experience turned out to be one of lifes little joys. I found the staff of the Villaggio to be friendly and talented professionals who go the extra mile to make your visit a special one. Services are surprisingly affordable and parking is great. Villaggio is beautiful, but the staff is too young and don't have enough experience. They need to decide what they are - either a spa or a medical office. The staff kept trying to talk me into botox. If I wanted botox I would've gone to a doctors office. Plus, everything is too price! more

My boyfriend had given me a special Delightful package for Valentine and i knew it had to be pricy. we were involved in a 15 car pile up and couldn't make it , they don;t care if someone loses a life or not they just want their $$$. they wouldn't even let us postpone it to another date, charged us the full $400 and told us if u come the next time you will get 20 points towards ur next purchase. Now these are Professionals... u don't give service but charge full amount!!!. I would never recommend this place to anyone my entire life. Walk in...unbelievable. Elegant...DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN...RODEO DRIVE. This can't be INDY. First class faclity and treatment. Beautiful white terry robe. Adjcent treatment rooms that open into eachother so I could talk to my lovely lady who had accompanied me. Manicure,pedicure, hair cut and styling.And a Rescue Room for those who melt in this luxury. Nice Start But Needs Work 1/27/2006

Big prices for the experience. They charge as much as spas that have whirlpools, steam rooms, and other ""extra"" member services when they don't have anything extra except old brownies, water, and snack bars. In the beginning, they offered champagne...no more of that! Got ripped off on a make up lesson...$60 for 15 minutes of a VERY simple face make up...didn't cleanse the face first or even provide foundation! Massages are great though and people at the desk ARE very friendly and helpful. Buyer beware! Pros: friendly people, robes offered , easy parking Cons: $$$$, no extra amenities, make up lessons more

From the moment you enter the friendly staff greets you, the relaxing water wall starts melting your cares away, to the warm earthy decor. The Belavi facial massage is to die for. You should see this place! It is amazing. It should not be called Villaggio but.... perhaps, Belagio - like Vegas! It looks like you stepped out of Indy and into a Vegas destination spa. You have got to try this place. It not only looks amazing but the staff is incredible - experienced, professional and pleasant! What a TREAT.
