I DON'T USUALLY POST ONLINE REVIEWS; HOWEVER, WHEN I CAME ACROSS VILLAGGIO AND READ ANOTHER REVIEWERS COMMENTS I FELT COMPELLED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCES. I DISCOVERED VILLAGGIO LAST CHRISTMAS AFTER I RECEIVED A GIFT CARD FROM MY HUSBAND. MY FIRST VISIT WAS FOR A MASSAGE WITH ANNE. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE HAD IN TOWN. SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD FACIALS, MICRODERABRASION, AND NAIL SERVICES. I GET MY MANICURES AND PEDICURES EVERY TWO WEEKS WITH CHERYL. SHE IS GREAT! THE STAFF IS ALWAYS WARM AND WELCOMING! I AM IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND MY SCHEDULE IS EXTREMELY HECTIC. WHEN I AM LATE (WHICH IS FAIRLY OFTEN), THE STAFF DOES THEIR ABSOLUTE BEST TO ACCOMODATE ME. HOWEVER, WHEN I AM LATE I DON'T EXPECT THEM TO RUN LATE FOR THEIR NEXT CLIENT BECAUSE OF ME. DONT LET ONE PERSON'S AVERAGE REVIEW OR LACK OF UNDERSTANDING ABOUT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIMES STOP YOU FROM VISITING VILLAGGIO. TRUST ME.... YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! IT IS A BEAUTIFUL SPA!
