Review content:
Ask questions, I have been going to the spa for over 6mos I was going to the same nail tech and massage therapist. I called and scheduled appointments for them in weeks ahead. I was not called or told that My massage therapist was no longer there. I found her Thank God and got in with her. Then I went in to find that my Nail tech was no longer there. At this point I am over this place if you could just make a phone call. This would have saved me a trip. Then the Man at the front desk told me that Ann was the best therapist there so I went to her. Well sorry mister thanks but no thanks. I would like to know why does the staff change and why does the owner not seem to do what it takes to keep the good ones around. You want a happy staff they make great people and become a part of your life when they leave do you care if the client leaves then don't lie to us.
Pros: mature staff when around
Cons: young staff always around
