hands down best massage is Ann at Villaggio 5/14/2007

I seek massage all over the spa circuit in Indy and when my wife and I travel abroad and throughout this country. Hands down my best massages ever have been with Ann here at home at Villaggio. I have had two with her now and my wife goes to her now as well. I was in last weekend to work with her and the front desk said I should write a review here if I was so impressed so i am although I apologize cuz I don;t really know what to write. All I can say is that Ann's theraeutic nature is unmatchable every where else. We will seek massage when we travel but I fear none will compare. She has her own techniques and is a true healer. Villaggio is a great place for a woman AND a man which is huge. We love it there!!!! Pros: Ann's massage Cons: Can't really think of one more

Great spa overall! 5/10/2007

I voted for Villaggio as best day spa in town but I do hope my review could make it even better. I had a luncheon the other day and complained about the massage therapist I had at Villaggio a few weeks ago. I spoke of how rude she was, how I felt like I was bothering her by being there, and that she checked her cell phone during the massage several times. My friend asked if her name was Carrie by any chance and when I said yes several other women said ?oh she is the worst?. Some comments included ? the other therapists make you feel like a million bucks but you can not get that girl to smile?. ?She told me I had nerve asking for deep tissue because I couldn?t really take it?. ?I heard her saying stuff about me once in their break room?. ?I have only had one massage there and it was with her and I never had another one because it was not a pleasant experience.? I used to go to her but switched to Amber because I never got a full hour...more like 45 minutes?. more

Outstanding spa services and friendly staff 5/8/2007

I have to say that I have been to several spas in the Indianpolis area and by far Villagio has it going on! Not only is the spa a lovely place to pamper yourself, the staff is always helpful and friendly and really make you feel welcome. The rooms are very inviting and relaxing, the music is wonderful, the relaxation room is just that--relaxing and roomy and I LOVE the cucumber water & they even have snacks! My girlfriends and I do a spa day 1x a year together and they come from all over. We weren't able to get into Villagio so we regretably had to go to another very well known spa in Carmel. We were VERY disappointed with the services and staff and will never go there again. We all said...""wow, it really makes us appreciate how great Villagio is!"" Wow what an awesome experience. The staff friendly and the service out of this universe. 5/7/2007

I received a Belavi from a very friendly staff member, she was so accommodating. The massage was so heavenly I think I even got a glimpse of heaven. I felt as though I was dreaming awake. Very relaxing and calming. I would and will send all my friends to experience such serenity. Thank you for such great service. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Pros: Great environment, wonderful staff! I've had massages before but never again when you compare it to the Belavi Facelift Massage! OH MY GOSH!! Cons: Front staff should spend time explaining products. Would of bought some had I known what they were for. more

Never disappointed 5/4/2007

The Villaggio is by far the best spa in the area. I started visiting when they first opened and refuse to go elsewhere. It is so nice to step into such a calm environment and be greeted by friendly highly trained professionals. I have tried several spas in both Marion and Hendricks County. The Villaggio is by far the BEST! The management and staff are dedicated to providing good service at a great value. It is the only place for me. more

Best facials anywhere!! 5/1/2007

Although a good facial may be painful, Villaggio makes it thoroughly enjoyable! I was hooked after the first one and am going back consistently for more! It is such a cleansing experience and on top of that, I almost find it more relaxing than massage! Once you go once, you'll continuously look forward to the next one! Awesome Salon, Spa, and Products! 5/1/2007

I had the best highlight and cut that I have ever gotten at Villaggio. I moved from New York and I was so excited to find a high end salon that offered both Goldwell color and Bumble and bumble products. I have also had a facial and a massage at Villaggio. My therapists were awesome!!! I recommend Villaggio to all my friends and family! Great job! Pros: Salon, Spa, Products Cons: Absolutely nothing! more

Best Spa in Indy 4/28/2007

I have gone to Villaggio for hair services and manicures and pedicures since they opened. I have never once been disappointed.
