i HAVE GOTTEN MASSAGE ALL OVER THE iNDY AREA AND cHICAGO AND MY vILLAGGIO MASSAGE THERAPIST WHO RECENTLY MOVED HERE FROM NYC WAS AMAZING. I FELT LIKE THERE WERE 8 HANDS ON ME AT ONCE. THERAPEUTIC, RELAXING, RID ALL MY TENSION AND KNOTS. FELT GREAT FOR DAYS AFTER AND REFRESHED. SHE CARES AND TAKES TIME WITH YOUR SYMPTOMS AND AILMENTS. HOT TOWELS ARE USED, ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND OVERALL RELAXATION HAPPEN AT THE SAME TIME. i CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. hARD TO FIND REAL DEEP TISSUE WORK AND AT VILLAGGIO YOU DEFINITELY DO. Unbelievable Atmosphere 4/28/2007

Villaggio is the most relaxing spa I've ever been to. I just love hanging out there, waiting for my services. I recommend the spa to all of my friends because of the positive experiences I've had. My best haircut yet! 4/27/2007

The atmosphere of the spa is very calming, and you relax just walking into the reception area. I have always been offered my choice of beverage while waiting, but I have never waited long. Any time I have gone in to buy product or to have any service, the staff have been polite and caring. My particular stylist, Gloria, is always willing to answer my questions and gives advice without attempting to sell me the product they carry. She seems to read my mind about what I want for my hair. I recommend Villaggio to everyone I know! Pros: atmosphere, serenity room, choice of beverages Cons: NONE! more

Poor Management 4/18/2007

I was impressed with the people that provided my services - kind, caring, and making my visit the best they could. What I was NOT impressed with was the business organization. My biggest COMPLAINT was about a misplaced gift certificate. The owners of Villaggio seem to prefer making money then creating a customer orientated business. They keep no records in order to make sure your gift certificate is secured. They do keep track of all gift certificate purchases, but claim that they don't reference whether the certificates are used or not. Having misplaced my certificate while moving they tell me I am out the $160.00 that my husband spent on my Valentine present. That is just plain poor business that aims to collect on lost certificates and not satisfy their costumers. Pros: Service providers were excellent Cons: Owner's sense of customer satisfaction more

The Villaggio Day Spa I would give a 'highly recommended' rating. They have friendly and fast service when you walk into the door. There is always someone there to greet you and to offer you something to drink. I think one of the most important features to making the spa a success is the employees. We have always had great success with our experiences at Villaggio since we've been going. My daughter who is 2 1/2 loves to go with me and she is always entertained by the friendly and helpful staff there. I get my hair high and low lighted and have it styled. Villaggio is a wonderful spa! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is truly relaxing, and everything is clean and comfortable. I had my first Epicuren Facial, and loved it! I will definitely be returning. Pros: Atmosphere, friendliness of staff Cons: Can't think of any! more

Best massage! 1/31/2007

I had a massage while I was 6 months pregnant, and it was absolutely incredible! It was by far the best massage I've ever had. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and I was able to just relax and enjoy their wonderful services! Pros: Ambience, staff, products, price Cons: location is far- but worth it more

Villaggio Day Spa is by far the best spa in Indianapolis! From the beauty of the waiting area, to the calming and inviting relaxation rooms this spa is top notch. The employees are knowledgeable and welcoming. The massages are superb, with the therapist completely accommodating. When I had encountered a brief unpleasant situation the managers, along with Mrs. Brillhart were not only sympathetic, but very helpful. The situation was taken care of immediately, with a call from Mrs. Brillhart herself. I returned and again had nothing but great experiences. I HIGHLY recommend Villaggio.....and do to everyone!! This was the fist time I had a massage at Villagio. It was wonderful. I came out totally relaxed and refreshed. The massage therapist did a great job and acted as if she truly cared about the service she was providing. more
