They came to my workplace, diagnosed me swiftly, gave me the medication I needed, mailed me another 7 days worth, and I never had to go anywhere near a doctor's office, waiting room, or pharmacy. They were well worth the money and knowing I have them available makes it much, much easier for me to take the plunge of calling the doctor when I don't feel well. They are always quick and to the point. However , they are not designed to diagnose strange ailments so it's best to only call them if you have a pretty good idea of what it is that is wrong with you. I get sinus infections all the time and they are so great and convenient for run of the mill stuff like that, and I have saved so much money not having to go to the regular doctor everytime. Their hours are great and not having to drag out of the house when you're feeling awful is awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. As a busy mom and full time student even though I can't get sick, occasionally it happens. The ability to get great quality health care at home on my schedule is so valuable. I really liked how quickly WhiteGlove had someone at my house. They made a thorough and accurate diagnosis and provided meds and a script delivered to my home. It was amazing. I would have had to go to the ER had it not been for their home visit. And they even brought a bag of get well goodies like soup, crackers and ginger ale! I woke up with a nasty upper respiratory infection and instead of having to get in the car and drive to a doctor's office and sit in a waiting room - they came to me within about an hour and a half. I would have probably spent that much time in the waiting room instead of in bed. That's worth $35 all by itself! An they actually proscribed an antibiotic that cured me as well!!! The Dr. who came to my home was very professional and courteous. He did all the checkups that I usually do at the clinic. The most wonderful part is that he provided me with the medication that I needed to ease my pain immediately, put me on antibiotics and then sent the rest of my antibiotics by mail. Very convenient. Recently I woke up with a severe fever. It was a Sunday. There was no way I was going to get to see my regular doctor. Even during a weekday, it can take several hours to get to see a doctor. The White Glove staff is there within an hour. They are very friendly and professional. In my case, my wife was out of town and I was in no condition to drive to get a prescription filled. The White Glove staff gave me enough medication to last until they could get my regular prescription filled and then they mailed it to me. Very convenient! I have used WhiteGlove twice and both times they were great. They came to my house on a Saturday when my son was sick, and then to my office for me. Both times the nurse practitioners were very knowledgeable, professional, and curtious. What a brilliant concept to have health care professionals come to your home when you're not feeling well! WhiteGlove eliminates the need to get dressed, drive to the doctor's office, and wait in the waiting area with other ill patients. My nurse practitioner was right on time and brought a get-well bag filled with soups, crackers, jello, cough drops, Gatorade, and tissues! I've now utilized White Glove on two occasions. On May 8th, I started having chills, serious fatigue and I was running a temperature well over 101. The next morning, I was still feeling poorly, so I called White Glove around 10am and made an appt for 2:00 pm. My nurse arrived right on time, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Because there were huge concerns about swine flu that week, the first thing she did was to administer a swine flu test, which was negative. She took a thorough medical history, examined me and diagnosed a viral infection and told me exactly how to treat it. She left me detailed written instructions and offered a letter for my work. She also left the hospitality bag which contained soups, crackers, jello, hydration beverages, and other helpful items for sick people. I don't know if the best part of the visit was that I didn't have to get up, dressed and drive to an office or if the best part was the care package they bring on every visit or if the best part was the low cost of copay, but all of those contributed to a great visit. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs routine medical care and would prefer to have this care in the comfort of their own home. I recently had an awesome experience with WhiteGlove House Call Health. I was suffering from an extreme sore throat. I was able to still attend work. I called WhiteGlove in the morning and they met me at home on my lunch hour. I was diagnosed with a viral infection. The professional called in my medicine and I was able to return to work. I was suffering from a sinus infection and called WhiteGlove on a Tuesday morning. They showed up within 30 minutes. Service was very personable and thorough, yet quick too. I needed antibiotics and they had some immediately available to hold me over until the rest of my prescription was sent to my house through the postal mail. What a great idea! Will definately use them again if I'm feeling ill. No waiting in line to see a doctor and can have it in the convenience of either being at work or at home. I had heard about WhiteGlove through my insurance carrier, never thinking I would need to use the service. 102 degree fever for 2 days had me calling them since I didnt feel up to driving to the doctor. They had 2 nurse practioners at my house within hours, not only did they give me a full check up, but was able to diagnose my strep throat and give me antibiotics that day. They were awesome!. They even left me with a care package including medicine, soup, gaterade, etc... everything that would make you feel better when you are ill. I would so recommend this service to everyone. more
