White Glove came to my job, evaluated my health issues and had responsive follow-up care. They answered all my questions and concerns. Also, provided health care aids on the spot and medications as needed. Pros: punctual, attentive, easy to work with, follow-up care Cons: only available in work counnty-not surrounding areas more

Better than the walk-in clinics! 4/24/2009

I think White Glove is wonderful! I called them at 9am and had an appointment for 11:30. They showed up on time at my job and brought medicine, soup, liquids, and suggestions on how to prevent from getting sick again. They were very friendly on the phone and during the visit. It was worth more than the money I paid them! Pros: They come to you with medicine Cons: They can't write prescriptions more

Timely, Accurate & Friendly Healthcare to Your Door! 4/24/2009

I have had Whiteglove come to my office several times for various illnesses. They are always very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable AND have the medicine & various tools on hand to make me better! For the cost of my usual copay I receive great service, a get-well bag (the contents of which would likely cost me $20 in a store) AND any anti-biotics free for one year! As an added bonus - their operating hours far exceed those of my GP.....this includes weekends. I have recommended Whiteglove to many of my friends & familiy. Pros: Faster than your GP... with a lot more availability!! Cons: None! more

This service is excellent! 4/6/2009

This service is truly great. I had an ear infection, so I called to schedule a visit. A registered nurse came to my work and examined my ear so I didn't have to waste time going to a doctor and sitting around in the waiting room. For anyone who has the option of this service with their insurance, it is an excellent value for an almost unbelievably low copay (with my Humana insurance, it cost only $25 and that included the exam, two medications, and a wonderful care package). The idea in this day and age of professional medical care in the convenience of a house call is just fantastic. This is a truly special service- I highly recommend it to anyone, and can imagine it would be especially useful for busy parents with sick children at home. Pretty neat service, a few issues 4/6/2009

The service is overall pretty cool. The nurse arrived at my house fairly timely and was professional and friendly. They brought a care package for me, which I was appreciative of. I did have a difficult time getting my prescription taken care of. There was confusion over which pharmacy to use, but I went to both and my prescription was not there. To make a long story short, I never got my prescription filled. Instead, I went to my PCP and got a different one. I am not sure on what end the prescription situation occurred on. White glove said they called it in, but the pharmacy insisted that they never got it. I also had an issue with being mischarged, which was corrected promptly. I would use this service again. Best in-home medical service 4/6/2009

I love this service! The doctors/nurses are very professional and prompt. This is so nice because I have 3 young children and I don't have to get out of the house. Very good customer service. Pros: At your home in 2 hours or less, Rx filled immediately Cons: don't see children under 2 years of age more

It is so nice to be taken care of when you are sick. I did not have to leave the house to go to the clinic or pharmacy, or even grocery store for soup, crackers, and gatorade. Pros: you don't pay extra for meds Cons: only takes certain insurances more

Great Service 3/15/2009

LOVE this service ! Was a lifesaver for me - had one child wake up with a bad earache while my other one had broken his arm the day before ! The thought of loading both of them up in the pouring, cold rain and sitting in the waiting room - was too much ! Scheduled a visit at 8:00 a.m., Whiteglove called at 8:15 a.m., the Nurse was at my house at 8:55 a.m. ! Would recommend WhiteGlove to everyone - this is my second time to use the service and I am telling all my friends to get sign up ! Pros: Easy, fast & attentive more

Very helpful and quick! 3/15/2009

I am a teacher and started feeling bad Sunday evening. The previous week my husband and half of my students had been sick, so I knew what was coming. I had recently had an HR meeting at my school and remembered this service was available. I called them up and an hour later the nurse practitioner was at my house, did a strep and flu test, and gave me some antibiotics and snacks- all in about half an hour! They had Gatorade, soup, crackers, Ginger Ale, whatever goodies you would need for any type of common illness. They also called the next day to make sure I was doing alright. The nurse was very nice and respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Pros: Nurse Practitioner came to my house: no waiting room!!! Cons: I had none more

Perfect for Moms! 3/4/2009

This is an amazing service, I recommend it to everyone! With a 5 month old baby, I was very hesitant to bring him to the doctor's office where he could be exposed to germs. This was perfect for me. They came to the house (appointment: 7:00pm) and by 7:45pm I had medications and a care package (Gatorade, water, soups, crackers, etc). They came the same day I called. This is great for people that can't miss work! Wonderful follow up care! Pros: Same day service, very friendly, very informative Cons: None that I can see more

No More Med Clinic! 3/3/2009

I have used White Glove service twice now. Once for myself and once for my daughter. I am in love with this service! Instead of spending 2 hours in a med clinic (with a sick or bored child), I stayed home and was able to continue on with my life. My meds were handed to me along with a care bag and I was back to business. I received a follow up call after each visit. This is an amazing service for the same price as a visit to the med clinic. I will continue to use this service and have recommended it to many friends already! Pros: Staying at home. more

Best medical service around! 3/1/2009

All hail the house call! Nearly as old school as big band music, the house call is back! I recently got assaulted by cedar allergies that were turning into something worse but I HAD to be at work on Monday. I had also not been to the store all weekend, sick in bed. I decided to try the new White Glove service they signed us up for at work. What a lifesaver! They were professional and FAST! By noon I'd had an exam, meds and they brought chicken soup. I was at work by lunch time and definitely better by the next day. I would never hve been seen at a doctor's office that fast. Thanks White Glove! Pros: friendly and fast, no waiting rooms! Cons: If you need all the exam equipment of a full doctor's office, you may still have to go in. more

Outstanding Healthcare Experience! 2/27/2009

I was skeptical about WhiteGlove at first, but I am a member (paid for by my employer) and decided to call when I was home sick with day 2 of the beginning symptoms of something my sweetheart had had for a week prior. I was very pleased that within 30 minutes I had an appointment scheduled for later that morning. One of the founding Doctors was my care giver. He preformed a thorough exam based on the symptoms and provided me with options for treatment. The ?Care Bag? as I call it, was filled with most everything a person stuck at home sick would need: 2 cans of soup, jello, apple sauce, Gatorade and vitamin water, Kleenex and the list goes on and all this is included for $35 home visit?.UNBELIEVABLE. I did not have to drive an hour to get to my doctor or go into work and get everyone there sick or go to the clinic and be around dozens of other sick folks. Professional Medical CAre 2/27/2009

I was very please with the service provided by White Glove when they came to my house in Lakeway. They were very professional, courteous and thorough. The tech was actually early, she called first to be sure it was okay to come sooner. I would recommend their service to anyone I know or don't know. There have been several of us at work that have used them and we have all been very pleased. more
