This was incredible!! I may never go to my doctor again!! They came right to my office, had all the medication that I required, they were very prompt, efficient and had all the medication that I needed. No waiting at the doctor's office with a room full of other sick people. It was great, I would highly recommend them. Pros: On time, courteous, time-saving more

It's spring time in Austin, and I needed an allergy medication refill. I schedule an appointment at my doctor's office. I go in and then wait. It's now 90 minutes past my appointment time. No one knows when the doctor will be available, so I leave. A good friend of mine used WhiteGlove when he had the flu, so I decide to give them a shot. They sent a nurse practitioner to my office. She arrived at 2 O'clock on the dot. I received a short 15 minute examination and was prescribed medication, which she filled for me on the spot. I received a wellness kit with soup, crackers, OTC medicine, etc. After my visit, WhiteGlove called me the next day for a follow up. I'm really impressed with the level of service that WhiteGlove provides. They have a very useful website where you can schedule a visit and view records from previous visits. You can track things like blood pressure and respiratory rate. My old doctor's office couldn't seem to keep track of patient information, and I had to fill out a new form every time I visited them. WhiteGlove provides an excellent service all for a specialist co-pay, which was only $30 for me and included a free refill. Overall, my experience with WhiteGlove was great! They have a great service. If you are feeling like you have a cold, flu, sinus infection, they will come out to your job or home. I have used them twice and both times they were on time, professional, gave me meds and it only cost me a copay. Pros: On time visits at your own home Cons: Not 24hours at this time more

WhiteGlove arrived early. The nurse practicioner was uniformed and presented proper identification. I travel extensively so when I get ill it is very difficult to get medical care. WhiteGlove came to my workplace, diagnosed me, administered 3 presciption medications, left me some snacks and fluids, all for my $30 copy. I've been using White Glove House Call Health for over a year. They consistently provide great care. I've called them to my house or office for everything from a runny nose to a poison ivy rash. If you need medicines, they give it to you right then and there. If you need a larger supply than they carry, they will ship it to your house. All of this is included in the price of the office visit. There's no running to the pharmacy when all you want to do is go to bed. They also bring a wellness kit with soup, crackers and other good things. For chronic problems, I go to my doctor. For the colds, bites, and flu, I call White Glove House Call Health. My company began offering White Glove this year with our health insurance, and it is a blessing. Having a nurse come to YOU is so very helpful. She was polite and professional and able to help me with my issue. All of this within the span of 15 mintues. I didnt have to leave work, fight traffic, come back to work and make up time. I was doubled-over with a stomach illness, while at home with two children under the age of 3. The thought of taking myself (much less my kids) to a doctor's office was out of the question. I remember my colleagues raving about White Glove (which is on our Humana health insurance plan). I called that morning and the nurse practitioner arrived that afternoon with prescriptions and a ""get well"" packet in hand. She called in the one prescription she did not have, so I would not have to wait for that one either. The next day, White Glove called to check on me. I've used WhiteGlove twice now. Both times the nurse practitioner arrived exactly when promised and provided me with a get well bag (with soup, gatorade, cough drops, etc.) and prescrptions. The appointment and care were timely, thorough and helpful. I didn't have to leave my house and sit in a waiting room while I was feeling awful. It was FABULOUS, and I'm sure my whole family will use it regularly for both sick and well visits. I highly recommend this service! I have used this service twice once for my kids and once for me! I love it! Never again will I pay $800 for an ear infection at the emergency room after waiting 4 hours with a sick child! I was new in town and got sick. I did not know who to call or where to go. Someone at work told me about Whiteglove and I called. Within a very short period of time the most wonderful nurse practitioner was at my door. That fact that I absolutely love nurse practitioners was a huge win win for me. She took care of me and made me feel I was not alone here. The bag with the chicken soup and jello was just like my mom would have done for me. I loved it. I felt better just knowing there was this wonderful caring service a phone call away. This should be in every state! The next day I got a call to see how I was feeling, how great is that? I came down with an ear infection, and scheduled an appointment about 2 hours in advance for WhiteGlove to meet me at my home after work-- and it was no problem. They even emailed me an Outlook meeting request so it would be on my calendar, which I loved! Pros: Convenient & costs less than an office visit more

This was my first time using this service and I was skeptical. I thought for such an affordable price it had to be too good to be true. NOT SO. My appointment was scheduled for 9am, but the doctor arrived ten minutes early. He was able to diagnose me quickly and accurately and even had my necessary prescriptions on hand. Since my illness was easily diagnosed, the visit only took fifteen minutes - this is extremely convenient for me as I am a student and have a full time job and have NO time to spare. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Marsha, who was very knowledgable with a great bedside manner. I had a UTI, and she was able to take a urine sample an comfirm on the spot. She also drew blood for a CBC count and liver function. We did it all at my work site in a conference room which saved me a trip and from my sick time. She also gave me enough antibiotics to cure it and some of the medicine for UTI pain at no charge which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. I also received a wellness kit with gatorade, vitamin water, soup, crackers, applesauce, jello, tissues, cough lozenges and Tylenol/Advil. They followed up, and I was able to view my lab results online. All for only my $15 copay! I will surely use again, especially for at home service for my 4 kids! After a little confusion as to whether to meet at my office or home - the experience was great. The nurse came to my home, made the diagnosis, dispensed meds and was on her way in a reasonable amout of time. She was thorough and polite and very apologetic for the confusion. I had a minor medical complication for a few weeks and just couldn't find the time to get to the doctor AND since I carpool into work, it was difficult to figure out a day I could bring in my car. My employer told me about WhiteGlove and I have to say it was a great experience! Nurse Practitioner came to my office, I answered a few questions and discussed my ailment. After careful review, the Nurse Practitioner had the medication I would need (no filling of an RX needed). Bonus was the ""goody bag"" she brought me which consisted of soup, crackers, juices, advil and tylenol, etc -- I felt so special! Since WhiteGlove is new, all co-workers were ready for my report when she left and all were impressed! Dealing with WhiteGlove was a total pleasure. I called and left a message mid-morning, got their return call shortly thereafter and discussed my symptoms, and then one of their nurse practitioners was at my office by noon that day. She was extremely nice and thorough, and I was shocked to find that she already had my needed prescription medicine with her. I couldn't have asked for faster or more efficient health care. I would definitely recommend this service and will use it again. more
