I had a friend who kept telling me to join Whiteglove, but i put it off since i was happy with my primary care physician. Recently i was pretty sick and really didnt want to hassle with calling doctor and then getting ""fit in"" only to sit for over an hour in the waiting room. Very Impressed with WhiteGlove 7/7/2010

I had a stomach virus, and the nurse came and saw me at my house. I was feeling pretty rough, and felt so bad, I couldn't drive myself to the doctor. I knew my work insurance offered this program, so I decided to try it out. I was thoroughly impressed! The service and punctuality were far beyond expectations, and the nurse practitioner gave me everything I needed to help with my illness. It was my first time to use WhiteGlove and the staff was really nice. I was able to have someone see me within an hour. They were very professional, called to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time! I received an email and phone call the next day to see how I was feeling. Wonderful Service! 6/25/2010

I am a frequent recipient of the wonderful White Glove services, and I am impressed each time with the medically professional manner in which we are taken care of. The medical staff that have come to our home are warm, caring, and always give us a thorough and complete examination. They are very child friendly and much less intimidating than the doc in an office. My 4 year old has always been treated with gentle and friendly techniques. I feel very safe having the service in my home and the schedule has always met my needs - we have never been unable to get an apt at a convenient time. Moreover, tests are done during the visit, and we have received any necessary medications at the time we are seen - helping us avoid a visit to the pharmacy. Pros: Everything comes to you! I had a good experience with the nurse house call but my illness turned out to be not so routine, at that point I recommend seeing a doctor. Pros: House calls and dose of drugs delivered for co-pay Cons: Not recommended for serious illness/symptoms more

Modern convenience, outstanding customer service 6/23/2010

What a wonderful service! I was feeling terrible and had no time to make and wait for an appointment to see my physician. I called WhiteGlove mid-afternoon and a courteous, knowledgeable professional arrived at my house right before I got home at 6:00 p.m. She was able to draw blood, and I obtained my lab results in about a week, confirming that all was well. WhiteGlove called to confirm that the practioner had arrived as scheduled. They also followed up a couple more times. Unparalleled customer service and professionalism. I?m a big fan of WhiteGlove House Call Health and highly recommend it to everyone!! Each time I?ve called WhiteGlove, they have been professional and quick to schedule. The services they provide are very thorough and I love that they come to my office, plus the prescriptions and goodie bag are a big bonus too!! With my most recent ear infection, the documentation I accessed through my online account was easy to understand and I sent it on to my ENT doctor to keep in my file for reference. It?s fantastic! I made an appointment, and they came the same day at the appointed time. The person was very knowledgeable and thorough. She came with enough sample medicine to address the symptoms for a few days, and even had antibiotics. They left me with a nice ?feel better? bag with soup, crackers, jello, etc. I won?t being going back to the ?urgent care? locations for colds and flu. Pros: Convenient more

The Next Best Thing in Healthcare 6/16/2010

Whiteglove saw my husband and myself on the same day. I was at work and he was at home. On time and professional, before I knew it I had prescriptions in hand and was well taken care of. I had been sick for 2 weeks and couldn't find the time to make it to the doctor. I found out White Glove was an in network provider for my health insurance. I love whiteglove house call health! My employer pays for this benefit, and I have used their services twice in 6 months. For me, the best part is that they bring prescription medication with them - I don't have to go to walgreens and pick it up, and the prescription price is included in the cost! They also bring goodies like gatorade, jello, soup, etc, so you don't have to go to the store. If you happen to be alone at the time and the nurse practitioner is of the opposite sex, a chaperone is provided at no cost. It is a very fast, efficient process overall. I highly recommend! Pros: Comes to your house, 7 days a week, with prescriptions!! Cons: Not always available when you need them same day more

great alternative to urgent care 5/13/2010

I loved that I didn't have to go anywhere or sit in a waiting room and could start my antibiotics right away without a trip to the pharmacy. Such a nice alternative to going to urgent care! Pros: can wait at home, no pharmacy trip more

Great Healthcare Service 5/13/2010

White Glove Healthcare visited my home and the nurse practioner was very nice and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and left me with some medication samples until i could get the the pharmacist. They also left a gift package of neccesites just in case I needed them. All this in the comfort of my own home. What a great experience!! Highly recommeded. Pros: Courteous, on time, knowlegeable Cons: nothing more

I had a great experience with White Glove! When I am sick I don't feel like leaving the house to sit in a waiting room at a doctor's office. They came to my home on schedule with snacks, treated me professionally, tolerated my dog, and gave me the meds I needed for a quick recovery! I will use them again without a doubt! My allergies were really getting to me and I was starting to feel bad. My schedule and work hours made it difficult to go to the doctor's office because I only had a free hour at lunch or a free hour before work, and the doctor's office could never get me in and out in time. I would definately recommend this service to others. I was tired of waiting to get an appointment with my primary doctor and when I got an appointment, I sat around for hours waiting to see the doctor... very frustrating!!!! Anyways, the nurse was a few minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise. She was done in 45 mintues. I had my meds and the little care package before she left. Very professional.... more
