WhiteGlove House Call Health

I have been swamped at work and my company makes the Whiteglove service available to us. It is awesome. Seriously. Last week, I had a bad sore throat and did not want to get out of bed let alone go into work to finish a critical project. I went to work and tried to ignore my sore throat. No chance -- not this time. So, I called Whiteglove for my first time and they came to my office within a few hours and diagnosed me. They give me tea, soup, crackers, and my meds -- all for $35! I got to finish my work without a hitch, not run around town when I was feeling crappy, and save money. Great service. I am really happy my employer does this for us! Pros: Bring everything to you. Don't have to miss work. Saved me time and money. Cons: Nothing. more

My husband has been killing himself for us to stay afloat financially. He is traveling alot again. Jeremy, one of our 3 sons woke up today with a terrible earache. I felt helpless and trapped. Our primary care physician was not available this morning and I did not think that I should wait too long to get my son care. And yet, I knew we could not afford the medical bills if I took Jeremy to the ER or the UCC down the street. I decided to reach out to a friend for some advice. Thank goodness that I did. She told me about another choice I had available ? Whiteglove House Call Health. I called them and they came to the house within 2 hours and unlike the other alternatives, I knew exactly what the cost of the care was going to be. Going to the emergency room and urgency care centers always seems to takes longer than I have and ends up with some financial surprise when the bill arrives that we can not afford. This was such relief. I did not have to tell my husband about some new bill we had to cover tonight when he came home exhausted and Jeremy enjoyed terrific care in the comfort of our home and loved it. Pros: They wanted to know how our experience was using their service and how it could improve!! Who does that in healthcare??? Cons: None that I can think of. more

I was feeling miserable at work; splitting headache. I did not have time to run to Promed and be looked at and then go to the pharmacy. Too much to do at work that day. And then my wife had plans for us that night. So, I thought ... what the heck ... I will give Whiteglove a try. Oh my gosh!!! What an experience. They showed up at my office within 2 hours of me calling them. They were very professional, thorough, and pleasant. They brought a great bag of goodies so that I could start to feel better ... over the counter meds and juices and teas, etc. They diagnosed me with a sinus infection and I had the antibotics I needed within an hour. I did not skip a beat at work. I will NEVER run around to get routine care again. Not only did it save me time. I did not have to miss various business activities or my kids event at night. And it saved me money! What a great idea the Whiteglove people have. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!! more

This service is incredible. I've never viewed healthcare as a treat, but after using Whiteglove House Call Health, I have a new perspective. It's definitely a change of mindset, but I'm so glad that I've ""trained"" myself to use this unique service. The best part about it is that with all things considered, I'm saving money using the service. Even the insurance companies realize the efficiency of this model. Humana, my current health insurance provider, pays the WhiteGlove membership fee for their insured! Everyone wins. Pros: Convenience, Quality, Efficiency, Cost Cons: They haven't gone nationwide yet, (would be a great plus for business travelers), but they are planning on it more

I like to keep my cholesterol and blood-pressure (among other things) in check, so I usually get a physical exam (at least) once a year. Pros: No waiting, no driving, no parking, inexpensive and convenient. Excellent quality! Cons: None! more

I had too much work to do and had put off handling a sinus infection for nearly 2 weeks. I called Whiteglove House Call Health and they came to my office that day. They delivered my prescriptions to me within 90 minutes of my visit. It was GREAT! My busy work day continuted without missing a beat and I had what I needed to get rid of my sinus infection. I am a very busy say-at-home mom. I never seem to be able to make the time to take care of myself, and if I do, it throws my day off. I have to find care for my child-a costly big hassle or I have to drag them with me to the doctor's office and try to entertain them while we sit in a crowded waiting room. I called Whiteglove House Call Health tocome to my home and perform an under 40 health screen. It was great! They showed up promptly, they were very professional and knowlegeable, and it was a pleasure to take care of my health, rather than a chore. I never left home or my child. What a great service for all the busy moms out there! Pros: There's no waiting room time-Fast, easy, convenient, practical Cons: I didn't find this service sooner! more
