A great alternative for getting health care! 2/4/2010

I love WhiteGlove House Call Health because they were quick to respond to my health care needs. The nurse was nice and patient. The nurse brought my medicine right away and called in my medication. I have recommended WhiteGlove to my coworkers and have used them and rave about there excellent service! Pros: Super quick and efficient! more

White Glove Service 2/4/2010

I would recommend the White Glove service to anyone, it's so convenient. I called in the morning and they were there several hours later and saw both me and my 2yr old. They left goodie bags and medicine for us both and we were on the road to recovery in no time. Pros: Didn't have to leave my house more

great service 2/2/2010

when i wasnt able to get into my primary doctor i called white glove. they came to my house within hours..turned out i had the flu and they provided me with my medication...i appreciate this service very much. they call back to check on you and when they see you they bring you a care package..i recommend white glove to anyone who had access to them. thank you very much. christy wheeler Pros: friendly more

What a Wonderful Service 2/2/2010

What a great service to those who need it. I had WhiteGlove come on a Saturday - - they brought medicine and even a ""goody"" bag filled with soup, crackers, cough drops, and drinks. They even offered to go pick up my prescription! Since they come to your home or work you don't have to get out when you feel awful and you won't be infecting others with your illness. They came out the same day I called (on a Saturday) and were right on time. You don't get that kind of service in a doctor's office! Pros: Housecalls 7 Days a Week more

Great medical service 2/2/2010

I was having what I thought was an ear infection, called White Glove that a.m. they were there before noon with a very pleasant and competent person to look at me. Give me my meds, my get well pack and it was a sinus infection. I was able to stay at work, not have to take more than 15 minutes from my desk and was on the way to feeling better. No driving, no waiting for two days to get in to see my primary doctor, and no waiting for the anitbiotics I needed. All for the cost of my co-pay Pros: This is a fantastic service. Great new service in Austin 2/2/2010

We have used White Glove for 3 of our 4 family members since signing up for the service in December. I called in to request and appointment at 8am. They arranged to have one of their staff meet me at the office between 9 and 9:30 am the same day. when I arrived at 9, they were already there waiting for me. The whole visit was completed within 20-30 minutes with basically no interruption in my day. I'm a fan! Pros: Fast and convenient more

Great Experience and Very Convenient 2/1/2010

WhiteGlove came to my house a few weeks back. They were on time and on the ball. I was very sick so did not need to get out of bed and go tot he doctors office only to wait in line and get coughed on. The NP gave me all the medicine I needed right on the spot. Great! Great Care 2/1/2010

Made a call for an appointment and was seen less than three hours later at my office. Medication was brought to me and I was able to start them immediately. There was follow-up via phone call and I really appreciated that. Pros: Saved so much time out of my day Cons: None thus far more

save a trip to the Emergency room 1/29/2010

My husband had muscle pain at lower back all of sudden, he couldn't get out of bed, or even moved to the side to be examined, the nurse came on time, and given the prescription for muscle relaxed. One hour later, he got up, 2 days later he went back to work, without white glove, we had to call 911 which cost a fortune and he would suffer more pain being moved out of the bed. It is a good idea for our case, and also good if you have a sick kid on the weekend, saved a trip to the emergency room, with the increasing out of pocket medical care, it will save the patient and the insurance lot of money. can get medical attention right in your own home - have used the service twice, and a nurse was at my door within 2 hours both times - they give you the meds you need right then and there, and someone calls the next day to see how you are feeling. You don't have to leave home! 1/5/2010

I called White Glove when I was home with bronchitis. They came to me within a few hours with meds and a care kit of soup, etc. It was wonderful to not have to wait days, ride a bus to a doctor and then to a pharmacy to fill prescriptions!! Whomever thought this home health concept is a genius!!! (I still remember the old days when doctor's made home visits.) more

Great Customer Service 12/22/2009

This service goes above and beyond. You don't have to get out of the house to go the doctor office when you don't feel like or can't drive. They arrive when they say they will, have everything needed for the visit and even give me a ""goody"" bag with chicken soup, ginger ale and much more when I had the flu. I cannot recommend enough! I used White Glove for their wellness service - I hadn't gotten around to a physical/blood workup in over three years. Service was quick, professional, and fairly painless. My practitioner was funny and thorough, and did everything needed while I was in my street clothes. I DEFINITELY will use White Glove again! Healthcare service at it's best 12/20/2009

This is an excellent service that I would recommend to anyone. I was too sick to leave my bed and WhiteGlove came right to me. I was treated very well, they responded to my call quickly, and I needed no additional care. They even called the following day to make sure I was better. White Glove House Call is Excellent Health Care 12/18/2009

I wasn't feeling well, and with 3 small children I hate going to the doctors. The healthy kids always seem to catch something from just being in the waiting room, and then I have an extra issue to deal with on top of what I was originally going to the doctors for. With White Glove, I had no worries about this, they came straight to me at home, they worked around my schedule for an appointment, and they brought me a goody bag with all sorts of healthy treats to help me feel better. House Calls at its best! 11/30/2009

The Nurse Practioner that came to my office was very curteous and pleasant to deal with. She was very knowledgeable. They were on time for my appointment and it didn't take forever like the doctor's office does. I was feeling 99% better the next day. I would definitely recommend and use this service again. A White Glove Physician or NP come to treat you at home or your office. They are punctual, professional, kind and caring. They allow plenty of time to take a detailed history, talk to you about your present illness and to explain their diagnosis and treatment. White Glove provides all the medications prescribed and brings a get well soon goodie bag with soup, crackers, vitamin water, cough drops, etc. They follow up by telephone and email to see how you are feeling. They are absolutely wonderful! They remind me of good old Marcus Welby, M.D! What a blessing to have them available to us when we aren't feeling well! Pros: White Glove treats you like royalty! more
