My friend and I (both brides) made two appointments on a Saturday. This was our 4th bridal shop stop in the last few weeks, and unfortunately, was our worst experience. We arrived, dressed in cute, but casual outfits (yes, I had on flip flops, but with a cute sundress), and filled out the standard form on what styles of dresses we liked, etc. The store is overwhelming with hundreds and hundreds of dresses. It's huge. The two women appointed to us quickly pointed out that the store was organized by designer. And? then they left, telling us to pull out any dresses we liked and hang them on the miscellaneous hooks around the room. ?Oh, and by the way, you and your friend's dressing rooms are across the giant store from each other.? What? Was there a point to filling out the form? Is there a good place to start here? Help? Anything?
Pros: Big selection of dresses
Cons: rude service, overwhelming without help, location
