I PAYED 250$ FOR A RUSH DELIVERY WEDDING GOWN. NO ONE CALLED ME WHEN IT ARRIVED AND BY THE TIME I FOUND OUT MY DRESS WAS THERE ( BY CALLING THEM MYSELF) IT WAS TOO LATE TO DO WEDDING PHOTOS AND WE HAVE NOW CHANGED THE DATE OF THE WEDDING TO ACCOMIDATE. THERE IS NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF COURSE SO I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE GOWN TO COME IN. AFTER TRYING ON MY DRESS WITH THE HEADPEICE, I REALIZED IT WAS THE WRONG ONE AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM THERE WAS NOT ANY DOUBT IN MY MIND I PICKED ANOTHER HEADPEICE. THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME TOUGH LUCK AND THAT I COULD NOT GET A REFUND. NOW I AM STUCK WITH A HEADPEICE THAT I DON'T WANT. I CRIED THE WH OLE WAY HOME BECAUSE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND THEY SHOULD RETURN MY 400$. I SHOULD HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED ALL THE NEGATIVE REVEIWS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT WHEN SHOPPING FOR SOMETHING SO SPECIAL!!!
