Although they have numerous dresses, more than any other bridal salon I went to, the customer service is horrible. The only person who has been nice to me there is the lady who helped me try dresses on. The front desk is rude and degrading, the alterations department is always overbooked and unhelpful. They mess up on orders (like ordering you the wrong dress) and then it is up to you to call constantly until someone gives you an answer. I was unable to have bridal portraits because they ordered the wrong dress and the new one didn't come in until about two weeks before my wedding. There is no reason to pay that much money for horrible service. I would go for your one free appointment, find the dress you like and then order it somewhere else where they treat you like you should be treated after spending over $2,000 on a dress that they order wrongly and then make you resposible for making sure your dress gets there on time as if you don't have enough on your mind with planning a wedding. My wedding was amazing and I had my dress but only after tons of uneccessary stress.
