I went to Weddings By Debbie because of their extensive selection of gowns. The sales associate was amazing, attentive and helpful. I ended up finding my dream dress but once I paid for it the service was HORRIBLE. When I went for my first fitting, no one offered to help me or explain to my mom how to get me in my dress. The alterations lady was short and rude. Then to make things even worse, during my alterations we realized that my dress was a whole size too big from the one I ordered. After talking to the manager I was assured that a new dress would be in soon. It has been two months since that promise and they will not return my phone calls and let me know the status of my dress. As of now I have no dress and no one has contacted me to reassure me that I will have a dress for my wedding six weeks away. I would not recommend buying from here. Try on the dresses, see what you like and then go somewhere else.
Pros: Great selection and helpful associates
Cons: Customer service is horrible once they get their money, don't return customer calls
