I love this place! I have been an on again/off again gym member for several years now. A big factor in whether I'm ""on"" or ""off"" is how much I like the gym. \r

This is not a traditional gym. First, it's women only; second it's personal training, using the Kinesis walls/equipment (not exactly sure what it's called other than Kinesis). Third, the place is new, clean, ""green,"" and feels like a spa when you walk in. It's a small, and friendly environment. The trainers are highly trained in physiology, and give so much personal feedback and critique. They're also extremely motivating and encouraging. After using the Kinesis, you do cardio on a choice of 3 different types of machines, and the staff keeps track of your results (calories, time, distance, average HR, etc.).\r

I love this place, and feel like there are a ton of ""pros"" about it. I guess the two cons are 1) parking can sometimes be difficult, and 2) $40 seems like a lot for a half hour session, especially when there are other people in the session. Yes, it's a hard-core 30 minutes, but I wish there was a way for them to break down the cost a bit, depending on the number of people per session. \r
\r
Again, I love this place, and plan on being an ""on again"" person for a long time. It feels great to be getting back in shape, and having fun doing it!
