Let me just start by saying that I really don't like gyms or personal trainers at gyms...Which is why I LOVE LOVE LOVE Vera Fitness. It's not a gym but a wellness studio and the trainers are there not to hound you (although, don't get me wrong, they will kick your butt into gear), they are there to SUPPORT you. I have been going to Vera for just over 6 weeks and I'm hooked. I am actually enjoying working out and (shocker) I look forward to my sessions. Everyone there is extremely friendly and seems genuinely interested in my progress. I highly recommend Vera for anyone who struggles to stay motivated (as I did).\r
