Honestly, I was THAT girl who hated working out. My friends would agree to this also. This gym has completely transformed me. I've been coming here for a little over a month and I only wish I would have found it sooner.\r
The staff is so incredibly warm and knowledgeable about what they do. I?ve been working out with Kari who, quite frankly is so nice yet she still can whip you into shape. The time flies (seriously) when I?m here. I sincerely cannot believe that I would have ever felt this way about a gym before. I have always wanted a personal trainer thinking that would be what keeps me going but didn?t think I could afford one?I was right, that?s key to keep motivated and keep going AND its SO AFFORDABLE.\r

A few things about the gym, SO CLEAN (I love this), all the equipment is modern and state of the art. Their website is so user friendly and bottom line; it?s just a stress-free environment. I could go on and on about this gym, but really you should try it out for yourself. They always have promotions going and offer a free session so you can come check it out yourself. Why wouldn?t you?
