I bought the 16 session package and i have absolutely loved each and every session. All the staff are great, always willing to correct my form and help me out with pointers and tips and words of encouragement. I look forward to coming in and telling them about some new muscle i found out i have. Its great to be able to tell them about the differences i and my husband have been seeing in my body. For the first time my husband has really noticed a difference. The workouts are the best too, i always leave there feeling great, like i've made a difference in my health habits. The machines are really cool to use, it's called a Kinesis Wall. The facility itself is very clean and has an open feel to it. My time at Vera Fitness has really boosted my confidence in how i feel i look and how i perceive myself. I know i am looking better and i feel better too. I have really really enjoyed working out at Vera Fitness, i only wish i could come back all year long. Thank you Vera for everything.
