Fantastic company that gets customer service right and does excellent work. 11/30/2017

I have had very little experience with companies that are professional, courteous and competent. Unique is all of this and more. I originally hired them a few years back, the guy that came out to provide me a quote was exceedingly polite and considerate of my concerns. he did not try to sell me more than what I wanted/needed. I hired them to convert my heat from oil to gas. the crew that came out worked quickly and did a fantastic job, I had nothing but positive opinions of all they did, which was a bit more than just the reconfiguration. in the years since, I have them come out to do a yearly check-up/maintenance and every technician is just as polite, courteous and competent. I could not be happier with unique indoor comfort being my Heating company. and in the near future, I will be getting A/C put in, I won't need estimates, I know that I'll hire them. more

Heater Maintenance Service 11/29/2017

Mark was professional, personable, and knowledgeable as always. He explained what he was going to do and accomplished all items. He took the time to describe what diagnostics he ran, what he cleaned, etc. We were very satisfied with his service. Mark is one of the reasons we will continue to call Unique Indoor Comfort for our heating and cooling needs. more

We just had Mark D. come to the house. He couldn't have been kinder and more knowledgeable, not only that, my cat loved him!. I remember him from the last time he visited us. Mark is a great guy---give this man a nice raise :) I hope to see Mark the next time we need service. more

Unique Indoor Comfort 11/29/2017

Recently had heating system serviced and checked under service plan. Manny T serviced the system and explained everything clearly and concisely. Not once has there been any late appointment or excuse, always confirming appointment date/time the night before with a phone call reminder. In over 5 years of being a Unique customer never a problem with scheduling an appointment or having heating or cooling issue quickly resolved under the service plans. Haven't had to use them for replacement of a new heating or cooling system yet but when the time comes they'd be the first for a call and obtain a quote. With how their service has been I'm pretty confident the install of a new system would be great. more

Chris and team did a superb job. On time. Thoroughly walked through the job beforehand. Worked diligently throughout the morning and afternoon. Reviewed the work when completed, including guidance and future recommendations on aging equipment. So glad we have Unique Indoor Comfort servicing our company. more

Wonderful. Professional Workers 11/21/2017

We had the good fortune of having Son and Thuan install our new AC system. They were courteous, hard-working and cleaned up each day really well. They took time to answer questions and were able to troubleshoot issues and solve them. They put in long days but always had a pleasant attitude and never seemed like they were rushing the job. Prompt service on a Sunday 11/15/2017

I called the "emergency" number for Unique Indoor Comfort when our heating system went down. The heat turned off on Saturday night, and I called around 8 AM on Sunday morning. Within 1 hour, Mark from Unique Indoor Comfort was at my door. After some quick troubleshooting, Mark diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within about 30 minutes. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. This is the first time I have used my service contract with Unique for something other than a routine service, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks! more

Experts of their trade 10/30/2017

I had been in touch with UIC since late 2016, and after waiting a year to change my furnace and water heater due to finances, I have not worked with a contractor group more skilled, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented than UIC. Everyone I had worked with from phoning the office to speaking with the sales team, and interacting with both the maintenance and service teams, this company takes care of their customers. They explain everything extremely comprehensively, even for the layman's terms homeowner, and are patient to make sure you understand. Also, as they did their work, they were cleaning as they worked, and my house was cleaner than when they arrived. Dam, Joie, and Charlie were professional, easy going, helpful, and totally efficient (and Dam is also quite handsome). I would recommend anyone to utilize the services and professionalism of this company. Even if your research does not show them to be the cheapest option in the city, the added value of working with this company is well in your interest. S. Philly Resident more

Knowledgeable, Courteous and a Good Value 10/16/2017

I am in the 5th month of my first service contract with Unique. While their maintenance fee is a bit higher than my last provider, they deliver significant value for that price. Both my spring and winter service appointments were smooth and I had 1 service call to replace a part in my AC unit during a 90 degree week this summer. They came out within 2 hours, fixed the part (capacitor) in 15 minutes and were gone. No charge and nothing for me to even sign. I have met 2 different technicians at this point and they were both polite, knowledgeable and generally a pleasure to deal with during my 3 interactions so far. The people in the scheduling office are equally pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Very positive experience so far . . . more
