Mark D was extremely helpful in diagnosing our Heater/Furnace issues, and resolved the situation quickly. Additionally, once fixed he ran the system several times over to confirm 100% that the issue was resolved. Mark arrived on time and was very professional and detailed, and explained the issue clearly so I could better understand what happened. I would strongly recommend Unique Indoor and Mark D. again in the future. more

Kind, Honest, Professional Service 12/27/2017

Mark recently visited our house to perform annual maintenance on our gas boiler. He was personable and polite through the entire visit. Once he was done with his work, he reviewed our options and provided honest, tailored recommendations for our heating system based on his experience and our goals for the home. This is a really great company with awesome employees and every experience I've had with them has been consistently excellent. Highly recommend. more

I called spoke to Joy explained my problem...She knew right away of what I spoke; That was unusual in it self. The next day, Frank the technician appeared on time diagnosed and fixed the problem with my heater in a reasonable amount of time. He left my home warm, and with my check as well, but I was happy to pay for competent, courtesy service. Frankly, it was a Joy to deal with this Unique team. more

Courteous office staff, prompt appointment scheduling The technician was on time, very respectiful of our home and it’s cleanliness. Work was performed to expectations, and explained thoroughly. The computer tool was efficient and helpful to review with technician and then receive an email copy. So pleased with service and organization that we signed an annual service agreement! more

Carrier gas heater bought and installed. 12/12/2017

Service was excellent. Came on time. Salesman was pleasant, personable, and patiently explained all details to us. Installers were friendly, patient, explained all details, patiently answered questions, seemed to know exactly what needed to be done, or could problem-solve themselves. Price seemed reasonable to us. more

Central heating and air conditioning installation in my home 12/7/2017

Service Call 12/7/2017

Visit was both for routine maintenance and a problem with my new furnaces, neither apparently unable to kick into the second stage (more heat / blower speed) when needed. Kyle called ahead of the service tech's arrival as promised. Chris arrived on time. He quickly identified the cause of the problem and within 15 minutes or so had the system working correctly. Clean, courteous, on time, solved the problem. That's 5 star service to me. more
