Professional start to finish 7/14/2017

From initial visit to installation to follow-up, everyone at Unique was knowledgeable and helpful. Brian answered all my questions and helped me pick out an appropriate A/C unit (no attempt to upsell), the installation team was on time and thorough, and Unique was right there to resolve a follow-up I needed help with a couple months later. If I had to do it all over again, I'd go right back to these guys. more

Tony and Kevin 7/9/2017

Tony and Kevin replaced my HVAC unit in July 2017 and were great. They were punctual, worked throughout the day, and explained everything. I noticed a leak after the guys left and the new system was running for a few hours. After a phone call, Tony came back to my home to fix it at about 8pm that night. more

Hot 4th 7/7/2017

Called Unique at 11:30 AM on 7/4 for A/C service and by 1:30 PM the system was operational again. Great timing and service. Frank P did and excellent job. more

Great Service from Unique Indoor Comfort! 7/4/2017

I needed to have my entire duct work replaced on the second floor of my house. Bruce and Charles were the service technicians who worked tirelessly to replace my duct work system. I now have AC to all of my rooms!!! Everyone at Unique was great to work with--Paul did the initial visit and reviewed all of my options, Chris came out to review the work in order to place the order, and Bruce and Charles installed everything correctly. Unique was extremely flexible in meeting my needs for this project. They installed on the date they committed to and allowed me to change my order when I no longer needed a second service. Bruce and Charles were extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. They explained the process of the install, kept me in the loop during the whole install, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after they were finished. I am considering additional work and I will absolutely use Unique Indoor Comfort again! more

Air Conditioner maintenance servicing 6/24/2017

I received a call from Unique about 20 minutes before Christian arrived to let me know he was enroute. Much appreciated for an early morning appointment. Christian arrived with time to spare, introduced himself, asked if I was having any issues and went right to work. It was a routine maintenance call BUT Christian gave me some terrific operating tips that I may have received during original installation but had forgotten. Christian is highly professional, most knowledgeable and has an engaging personality. Christian represents the high quality standard I have come to expect from Unique. He is an asset to the company. more

Chris did a wonderful job of promptly arriving at our house and fixing the air conditioning system. After examining the various parts and hearing what was happening he determined that it was likely the thermostat and replaced it. He was correct and the system is working well. more

Both the technicians were outstanding, they did an excellent job and were very clean and neat cleaning up the work areas every day and wearing coverings on there work boots, we were very pleased with the work they did and I would recommend they're services to anyone more

Top Notch service 5/19/2017

We lost cooling on the hottest day of the year (thus far). Dimos came out on a Friday after 7PM and diagnosed the issue, fixed it, explained the issue to me, and we were back to having cooling. He was very polite and knowledgeable - just an all-around great experience working with him. I can recommend Unique Indoor Comfort for their responsiveness. If I could request the person to come the next time, it would definitely be Dimos. I really cannot say enough about how impressed i was with his professional knowledge, demeanor and how polite he was. more

Paul was terrific;-) He helped us pick the best AC for our needs, was completely available, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. Unique had the central air installed within 10 days of signing the contract; great on-site workers (clean, neat, reliable), constant communication, and everything works as promised. Highest recommendation. We recommended them to a friend who also signed up. more

Unique indoor comfort 4/11/2017

We recently had the high velocity AC installed. Joie and Dom were excellent. Very professional and hard working. The process took 5 days and at the end of each day they made sure everything was cleaned up as though they were never there. They explained the system to us and made sure we understood everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

I called Unique for a round of standard maintenance on my heating and cooling units - the first time for me, as I'm in a new-to-me house - and am so glad I did. Frank arrived in the appointed time window and was so helpful and thorough in his work. He answered all of my questions, provided the quotes that I requested, and explained what all of the maintenance entailed. I would highly recommend Unique! more
