Had a tire replaced for over $300 at my six months/5000 first service with a car with less than 3000 miles. No break on the price, full ticket. Had to leave the tire at the dealer as no tire in stock. A real number. Nice folks but painful. more

Issues presented unemotionally without pressure to address them immediately when not necessary to do so. more

This place varies. Some of the people like Mike the Service Mgr. are on top of the game but others appear to lack people skill from the Service writers to the Cashiers. The odd thing is that Wilson's operation in Costa Mesa doesn't seem to have this problem. The last two Toyotas we purchased were from other dealerships due to the arrogance of the sales people. I'm sure it's not all, but a few. I don't like giving a less than positive review but maybe it will help. Good luck guys. We will continue to live in HB. more

my service light had come on and then my tire pressure light...So, I called and spoke with Omar. He was friendly and accommodating. I drove right over, pulled in, checked in with Omar, and my car was immediately taken for service. Omar stated the time frame in which I would hear from him and I went on my way back to work. He called shortly after that to tell me there was a nail in my tire and what the cost would be to repair it and asked if that was something I would approve. I approved it and about 45 minutes later he called to tell me my car was ready...about an hour before he had told me to expect my car. I arrived back at Toyota, got my car, the men who bring them around were nice and friendly. A great impression to leave a client with on their way out. Thanks again! My first time visit for service was great! more

Purchased a new Sienna from Matt V. Matt was patient and helpful, never pressuring us and providing us with "out the door" prices on everything rather than trying to sneak in little charges. Overall, the experience was excellent and Matt displayed exceptional customer service. Will definitely return when we need a new vehicle. more

Outstanding customer service and good communication more

I was told by my insurance company I should bring the truck to them for repair but first get an estimate on the labor and parts to fix my truck. I brought my truck in Saturday and spoke with the service manager I told him I did not have money to do anything at this point the insurance company just wanted a simple estimate and they agreed that they would pay all cost in the future. I was told at a couple other car automotive garages that I could have had a free estimate. anyways being so I informed him I didn't have the money to pay for the estimates and I would have simply drove it off the lot he told me not to worry about it and just sign and went on to tell me that I had a recall on my truck and they needed to keep it over night for recall repairs... so I agreed....the next day I was called to come and get my truck when I got there he told me I owed $135.00. I asked him if he did not recall me telling him that I did not have the money to pay for an estiment or I would have took my truck elsewhere for a free one.. he claimed he heard no such thing and that I couldn't take my truck until I paid for it..I told him I would have my girlfriend pick me up and we would try to gain the funds up.he said no he will have his guy drive me to my house pick up the money and come back which sounded truly untrustworthy of me with the so I scrounged together as much as I could and told him I had $90 he said well that's not good enough and I told him that's all I had and if you would have listened to me then I wouldn't be in this situation. what got me was he was just rude about the whole situation . even after the fact that a large portion of it was even paid for he insisted that he was right and I was the one that was wrong...,well the total cost of the estimate and repair came to about $1200 should I have him do the work? no thanks because I think himie needs a lesson on how to be a service manager... more
