I put in a e-mail request for a quote. I received a timely response from Service writer John Keller. He quoted me a price and turn around time. The job was completed on time for the quoted price. In a world where people do not always deliver to the promise John K did what he said he would do. (BTW very good coddee machine by the cashier) more

Stress-free! 4/14/2015

This was the most stress-free and comfortable experience I have ever had in a dealership. The were not demanding when I contacted them online and when I came in they were very welcoming and relaxed. There wasn't a pressure to argue numbers and it was an efficient process. Alec the salesman was the greatest! He made the process of purchasing a car enjoyable, personable yet quick! I'm highly recommending my friends in and out of town to go through this dealership when they are looking for a car! more

The Service 4/14/2015

I don't know what you did to my car, I still don't recognize it for it is so shiney. This was an unplanned trip and the "Service Rep." was so fantastic-no hassle- just a few words and I was off to the lounged. I especially appreciated that he came tome and informed me my car was finished. I don't hear well and never know if my name is being called over the loud speaker so you can see this was a treat. This was the best experience here this time around. I guess it was that I did not have to ans. a lot of question as to address, milage etc. Thank you for I was so sick and this was a nice experience in my time of need. t ha more

Decent Customer Service 4/11/2015

I drove my 2010 Prius in early on Monday to get it diagnosed and the service rep came to greet me earlier before the service hours opening time. The service was done on time and correctly. My only disappointments are that I was not offered but had to ask for the current online applicable discount after my work order was already written up, and the rep did not offer me the two complimentary tickets to the Long Beach Grand Prix that I qualified for. more

My only concern is that I made my appointment online. Under comments I asked that someone get back to regarding an estimated price for a 65,000 service. No one responded so I went back online and used the online chat service. I asked the same question and was told that someone would get back to me with the answer. No one ever did. I understand that each car situation is different and estimates can vary but someone should have responded to me. more
