When we picked up the car after we drive off we noticed there was gouge on the steering wheel. It looks like somebody had some tool while working in that area. That gouge was not there. My husband called on Thursday the same day left message with service mgr. Manager has not returned the call. more

I am happy with my new air conditioning system (I should be $$$$$$) not so happy that a usually easy fix for an inoperable window cost me almost $400. Sure hope I wasn't scammed. I'm also not happy with the fact that NOBODY called me when my car was ready in the am. I finally called at 3:30 to hear it had been ready for hours. If I had waited for the expected call, I would have paid an extra day for the rental. Not acceptable. more

This dealership is very professional. They make sure all work is done within the time frame they say and no sales push for unneeded services. I drive 30 miles to this dealership instead of a dealership which is within 5 miles of my home because of the honesty and professional care offered by this dealership. more

From the first phone call to schedule, to the service rep, to the young man who delivered the freshly washed car to the front waiting area - everything couldn't have been better. more
