my service light had come on and then my tire pressure light...So, I called and spoke with Omar. He was friendly and accommodating. I drove right over, pulled in, checked in with Omar, and my car was immediately taken for service. Omar stated the time frame in which I would hear from him and I went on my way back to work. He called shortly after that to tell me there was a nail in my tire and what the cost would be to repair it and asked if that was something I would approve. I approved it and about 45 minutes later he called to tell me my car was ready...about an hour before he had told me to expect my car. I arrived back at Toyota, got my car, the men who bring them around were nice and friendly. A great impression to leave a client with on their way out. Thanks again! My first time visit for service was great!
