Wnever owned a toyota b4 loved my rav but lost job remodeling condo to sell so.was trying 2 be practical my choice. However after a friend said i didnt recall toyota's don't really depreciate like other cars i had. I looked on internet & my 2013 ltd awd rav with less than 4,000 miles loaded with sunroof navigation lojack i paid extra for is definitely worth allot more than the $ 22,500 +- i was given and i did NOT GET ANY.DISCOUNT ON OTHER SIDE ON YARIS STICKER PRICE NOT AT ALL. SHOULD AT LEAST GET FREE LOJACK INSTALLED & BETTER SOUND SYSTEM. BUT TODD WAS INCREDIBLE. I AM USUALLY MUCH SMARTER BUT NO JOB ETC. BEEN VERY!!!!!!!! DIFFICULT $$ EMOTIONALLY. WHAT.A SUCKER I WAS. Fast service, friendly folks, professional 5/16/2015

Took car in for service (general) and was given shuttle car ride home. Received call of a few additional items that needed to be taken care. Glad I did it before it got too bad. Overall great place although it is a bit on pricey side for some of their Mx . more

Meeting Expectations 5/1/2015

I bought an older model Toyota 4 runner 5 months ago from a private party and needed some work to be done. I had my vehicle serviced 3 times since I purchased the vehicle. The service advisors seemed to be honest and gave fair quotes vs. local mechanics in the area. The service I received met my expectations. the staff was very kind and provided good customer service. In addition, when the job took longer than expected, They always updated me and provided me with a brand new Toyota Prius rental vehicle to drive to work, free of charge. The work was always done right the 1st time. Very good experience, especially for being a dealership. Dealership service departments usually have bad customer service from my experience. This place is aimed to please, Thank You. more
