Fixing a tire 8/15/2015

Although having trouble w/ my tire andhave then finding out it could not be repaired was not what I would have chosen, however, Justin made the experience much easier and calming for me. He handled the situation very nicely and made sure things went smoothly for me. more

Happy with the service I received! 8/8/2015

I went there for a scheduled service maintenance for my Corolla. I can actually feel the car running smoother afterward. I am satisfied with the service from both the advisor, Jaime and the technician who worked on my car. It seemed that he did a thorough job. more

TIMELINESS 8/7/2015

I had an appt for the service dept at 7AM. When I got there, there was a line of cars of drop-ins and appt people. The service dept did not start checking people inuntil 5 after 7 and I had to wait in a line of other people that just showed up early. They should consider a pull up lane for appt people separate from driop-ins more

I had such an amazing experience at Huntington Beach Toyota. Everyone I worked with was exceptionally friendly, knowledgable and eager to help me. There was no pressure (which is a huge thing for me). I feel like these guys are my friends now. They really made me feel like they were looking after my best interest and wanting me to be comfortable in my car and in my budget. I am so happy with my scion! more

lost my key fob under the rear seat... 8/6/2015

I lost my key underneath the rear seat cushion. I was told it would take a while to look for the key fob, about 2 hours worth of work to remove the rear seat to get to the key under the seat. I had the seat removed and retrieved the key fob under 5 minutes at a upholstery business!!! I now know that it would not take 2 hours to removed the rear sear cushion. Otherwise the minor tune up was done at a reasonable cost. more

Awesome customer service 7/28/2015

Before going to Toyota of HB, I stopped by two other dealerships. The difference between Toyota of HB and the rest was apparent the moment I drove up. Paul came to greet us and was very friendly and helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I got the car that I wanted. The other staff were also very helpful and took great care to make sure that I left there as a satisfied customer. more

Customer service at the parts and service dept. 7/26/2015

Kelly in the parts dept., and Jaime in the service dept are outstanding examples of how customer service should be. Others would do well to follow their example. The sales dept is good, but it's the service afterwards that brings me back (15 years and 5 Toyotas later) more

Waiting for a part 7/25/2015

The inverter went out on our 2010 Prius with 35,000 miles on it. It took 78 days to get the part for repair. Notifications of progress were minimal - I had to call to find out what was happening. more

I always get the best service at H.B. Toyota 7/24/2015

I went in for a regular checkup and Rick, my advisor was great. He also noted that I had a recall and the work was done when I picked up my van..... I was sorry that Navy, the mechanic, had to move a bunch of stuff out of my back area..... but he took care with the items and did the recall in addition to the other work. I needed my sun roof vents replaced, they had popped out, but I was not going to pay almost $200 for tiny little clips. Otherwise, every employee I encountered was so nice and cordial....as usual..... I have been going to HB Toyota since we bought our first van in 1973 and we still own 2 Toyota vans. The service writers are great about calling when additional work is needed or when my car is ready. Nancy N more
