Once again, the HBT service team is the exception to the rule we always hear about how poorly people feel they are treated by auto service staff. From Mike the Service Coordinator to the young lady at the cashier desk, everyone there made me feel welcome and a valued customer. It's as much a testament to the company's management philosophy as it is to their excellent staff members. Thanks again. more

I don't do reviews to often but I am very happy to report that Paul Dankin is the best of the best car salesman!! He truly cares about his customer!! Its not just about a sale but about the customer satisfaction!! Its been a happy experience to have met Paul and to consider him my friend!! Also Mike Purpura who is the Service Manager is also the best of the best. He listens to customer and does whatever he needs to make the customer happy!! I'm very pleased to have met him!! Toyota of Huntington Beach has the best group of people that make an awesome team!!!
