Quick & easy service 10/11/2015

Failed to Address the Problem I Brought My Truck in For 9/29/2015

I brought in my truck due to a squeaking sign made while in reverse, which I believed was caused by a rusted U-Joint on the drive shaft. The U-joint was never checked, nor was the squeaking sound even addressed in the "diagnostic" check that I paid $110 for. Instead, I was told that I needed new back and rear breaks, despite the fact that I just had my back brakes replaced. more

Employees are Helpful and Efficient Providing Quality Work 9/29/2015

All of the people at Toyota are so accommodating and go out of their way to provide the best assistance and make sure you get what you want. I was helped by John Appel and I enjoyed his company and was pleased with the short time frame it took for the 5,000 mile maintenance to be completed in and was happy with the results of my car.
