Since the new owners arrived, the overall food and ""Irishness"" have improved, but little else has. Some specials (pint nite and whiskey nite) are good ideas, but obscure sports on every TV and Irish radio on the house system? C'mon. The place is just too big to have a real pub feel and they keep trying to force it. They weakened the Sunday brunch by getting rid of the music guy and changing the buffet, and there's no original music anymore, just the same boring guy every Thursday and cover bands on weekends. This was one of my favorite places, but I think they're searching for an identity now and doing a so-so job of finding it. And just because the cook is Irish they're ""Now Irish owned?"" Who are you fooling? Hopefully, they'll settle everything soon. Oh, and somebody teach the 'tenders how to pour a Guinness correctly.
Pros: drink specials, attitude, new owners
Cons: new brunch, music selection, price
