I have been a customer of Superior Water and Air for many years. They have always performed excellent and professsional service. We have used them for furnace and A/C service, tankless water heater install, and new furnace installs in both our residences. This time around we had water leaking through our main level ceiling coming from a second story bedroom. I called Superior and they sent Ben H. out the next business day. Ben was very professional and very thorough about explaining the diagnostic process and what steps and costs would be involved. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Once the problem was identified, Ben was able to quickly explain and make the repair. It turned out to be a leak in the shower fitting. NO MORE LEAK! We scheduled a time for Superior to come repair the drywall and they always do an awesome job After the service was complete and as he was leaving I asked Ben if he could look at a clogged toilet. Even though it wasn't his division (apparently toilets are a different part of the company) Ben very nicely took the time to look at the toilet and walked us through the steps that he would take to fix it (it was beyond plunging). He didn't have to take that extra time, but he did and we appreciate it. Ben helped reinforce why we like and trust Superior much. They never disappoint. - Barry N.
