Communication was great. Bought our first product 18 years ago and it came time to repair it. Got the part but the Martin went over the Pros and Cons for repair vs. replace. Did not want to spend the money but had to do it because it just made sense. It was the way he explained it and made me really review my options. In the end, very satisfied. Got out of the old age and into modern times.\r
As I explained to him, now days (with the internet) it is really easy to learn, study and discuss things before buying. But...nothing is better than someone that takes the time to really explain and show you what and why things work the way they do. Also explaining how this company will be there in the event that something goes wrong. And this is not just a paper guarantee, I used them first hand and it works. I am sold on the product and service and thanks to Martin once again.
