Our furnace went out Sunday, Dec. 11. A phone call first thing Monday morning had Eric at our door by 7:30 am. He knew the problem immediately, corrected it, and stayed for a short while to monitor the furnace's renewed running. Southport has always maintained their level of service and knowledgable employees. They are kind, considerate and the ultimate of professional. If they ever offer to explain their maintenance programs, we advise you to LISTEN to them. The program is really worth it and could save you lots of money, especially in an emergency.
