Ok, Booked the move and prefered this one as they said they will deliver on time. Soon after teh booking is doen, forget any calls from them My reps were Steve and Mathew. After one week my things were picked, I called to find the status, they didn't even move it from their ware house and just sitting there. I particulary told them I need the stuff on the date agreed as my wife is 8months pregnant and atleast need a mattress to sleep on. I then started my calling marathon to STI talking to managers and finally got the stuff on the date agreed. I have been on half hour calls to get this done beside paying $$$$.00 amount. After delivery we noticed stuff was lost and we reported it to STI. Mathew said he will call me back about it and never ever bothered to give me a call. I made several calls to the local delivery guys (lucky I took their contact number) (not STI employees) for 5 days and atlast at the end of 5 days I got the lost stuff. And finally when there was a billing issue - forget it, ""Mathew is on a diffrent call, can i get a message"", ""Steve stepped out of the office"" these are the regular messages you will here and finally when you get hold of one, they have no shame or what ever in pouring false statements at you. All they say is "" no we haven't agreed upon that, this is our policy, that is how we work""\r

One final note - I posted a review previously and Mathew asked me to remove it and promised me a good service from then on, but I had to post this one, as they simply dont care.
Pros: Packing guys and Delivery guys (NOT STI Employees)
Cons: Horrible customer service- Steve and Mathew
