I try to honestly and fairly rate any company I work with. STI has been the WORST moving experience I have ever encountered. The sales team tells you what you want to hear to try to get you to book with them. \r

I was told that in order to have my items delivered by my move in date, I would need to have my items picked up by the 2nd of the month. This was a bit of a daunting idea as we would be living without all of our things for a week prior to moving. The date that ""there should be no reason it would show up after"" came and passed. I was told that it was my fault that I put the wrong date down on the contract. I was informed by their sales team that there was no way it would have arrived by the date I specified because I wrote the wrong date on the forms. Despite loading my items on the truck and taking it away on the 2nd of the month, they are just loading my items on their truck to bring to me TODAY (15th). \r

I have currently been living without my furniture, kitchen supplies, and other items for a week and apparently will not see my items for another 5 days. I am utterly glad that it is just me and two dogs in my empty apartment 1000 miles from home. If I had children, this would be entirely unbearable instead of just very uncomfortable.\r

It has been seriously upsetting that throughout the process I have been told that it is MY fault, that their staff would NEVER say what they ""supposedly"" told me, and that there was nothing they could do about it. \r

If it was possible to give no stars, I would. Spend a little more and work with a great company instead of this joke.
