I thought I was getting a good deal, but boy that really was a lie. Added a bunch of phony charges that they said that Matt my consultant did not know what he was talking about. No communication at all. Damages and lost over $3000.00 worth of my belongings. Still waiting for a phone call with my claim # and some other kind of run around, I was calling everyday, they learn who you are and they put you on hold until you hang up! Very Upset damaged priceless furniture that was in my family for over 70 years!
DO NOT USE STI!! You will be Sorry.
