I recently moved from Chicago to Texas and used STI movers. When I began working with them they seemed nice and helpful, but after my things did not arrive on time things changed. I wouldnt be too upset if my things were a couple of days late as long as there was an open line of communication and they were upfront with me about the status of my move. When my things didnt reach me in the guaranteed time I had to be the one to call them. My phone calls were ignored. My representative's name was steve. Then we spoke to the office manager, Michael, who was rude and not very helpful. After unpacking all of our things we realized we didnt get all of our boxes. I have called several times without a response. Overall this was a horrible experience and by far the most stressful part of our relocation. Do not use STI movers, spend the extra money to get your things moved by professionals, it will be worth it in the end when you dont have to re-buy all of the things they lost in the move.
