(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

My Plumber Mike was very professional and informative. I have dealt with Roto-Rooter in the past and have been pleased. The city where I live ( Cleveland, Ohio) came to snake my drain, the gentlemen worked very hard but they got their snake caught. They had to leave the snake in my drain overnight, needless to say my drain remained clogged. I called Roto Rooter and they were there in less than an hour and now my drain in clear and I have running water. Thank you MIke and Roto Rooter I plan to recommend you to all my family and friends. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers Oct 10, 2011 10/10/2011

I made an appt online to have a plumber unclog my basement drain which was chronically clogged. They gave me three options and i chose the middle. They snaked it out and removed buckets of mud and applied enzyme treatment. They advised future replacement of the drain pipe in my 93 yr-old home. Very professional and personable, my drain runs freely-work well-done. I recommend them though the cost was a bit on the high side. Plumber was Jason #960. more

Wonderful work 10/8/2011

Ishmell - 3150, Amazing, excellant technicians. I got new gutters and they discovered that the one of the gutters was clogged. I was advised to have the line snaked and cleaned to make sure the ground plug could handled the water when it rain. I call Roto-Rotor who responded the same day. Ishmell and his trainee were very courteous and was excellant in explaining what had to be done. Also, my flaucet in kitchen had to be repaired. They handled both jobs will professionalism. I was so pleased with their work that I will alway call Roto-Rotor for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Ishmell for the wonderful service. more

Our sump pump stopped working...we needed a plumber in Cleveland...and FAST. I called Roto Rooter Plumbers and within 45 minutes, they were at my house, fixing the problem. The technician, Brian, was courteous and knowledgable.\r You might think that calling for same day plumbing service would cost a fortune, but it didn't! The service and the price was excellent! more

Roto-Rooter was very prompt and helpful this morning when I was awake at 5:30 am and couldn't stop thinking about the leaking that was developing on my kitchen faucet. I called in to the Cleveland number and surprisingly it was not a recording that took my call, but an actual person who was glad that I called and was helpful setting things up so that John #2723 would be able to stop by and set me up with a new faucet.\r \r John was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything he did since saying hello. He has many years of experience in plumbing and he makes you feel comfortable about the task he is about to dive in and take care of for you. I hope I never have a plumbing emergency on my hands, but if I ever do I know the first person I will be getting on the phone and asking for, that will be John. more

Mike 229! Woke up basement flooded,after calling all over the place looking for a solution. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Cleveland at 8:30 am. The receptionist was pleasant and so very helpful. Mike and Dennis were at the house within a couple of hrs as promise. Mike was very professional explain the procedures. Offer suggestions for some up coming problems and a written estimate. Service with a smile 9/29/2011

My kitchen drain was clogged and backed up into my utility sink. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent a plumber to me on the same day. Mike from Roto-Rooter fixed the problem and explained everything to me along the way. He was so nice and accomidating of my questions and my nosy dog. He quoted me a price before he did any work, and that was the price I paid in the end, no hidden costs. Thanks Roto-Rooter! more

Roto Rooters Plumbers 1/18/12 9/27/2011

The main water valve was leaking in our basement on Sunday night (MLK weekend) and we called Roto Rooter. We were told to call Cleveland Water to have them shut off water to the house then our plumber would arrive. When the city arrived, I called again and Mike 3626 arrived promptly. He, my husband and the Cleveland water technician searched for 2 hours for the shutoff without luck. Mike then told us to call him when the dig crew came. The next morning, when the dig crew came, I called him and again he was here in no time. As soon as the water was turned off, he fixed the valve and saved my basement from getting flooded. Thank you root rooter for sending Mike. He was phenomenal. I felt like he really wanted to help us out. more

Mike 229 saved the day!! After a LONG night of trying to correct our drain problem ourselves, I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Cleveland at 6am. Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and pleasent. Mike called to tell me a time he would be at the house and showed up as promised. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He worked efficiently and solved the problem quickly. The final cost was as estimated, and very affordable. He even gave me some suggestions for avoiding future visits from him! \r I would highly recommend Mike to all my family and friends in need of plumbing services.\r Thank you for such wonderful service.\r more

He explained everything to me regarding my need for a new water heater..How refreshing to find such an excellent plumber so quickly in the the Cleveland area. He did the work timely and left no mess. Thank you for a job well done. Unfortunately, now I have to return the new TV I had just purchased as I can't afford both at this time, but I think I have my priorities straight on this one. more

We called Roto Rooter and they were running a little behind, but, they kept calling and updating and apologizing for the hold up. Which to me, shows what a good company should do!! John came out and saved us from our mess of a plumbing problem with the utmost professionalism and he was a really nice guy to boot!! We will definitely use roto rooter if we ever have another problem and make sure that John comes again!!! more

professional but expensive 9/8/2011

Plumber arrived two hours after I called. He was professional and friendly. The sewer line cleaning service was more costly than I expected, and more costly problems were found in the process of the cleanout. It is probably evidence of how thorough and knowledgable the plumbers are but I am suffering from sticker shock right now. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers Sept.5,2011 9/6/2011

On Labor Day, Sept. 5th this year, sewage backed up into my basement through 2 floor drains. I dreaded calling a plumber on a holiday, but it had to be done. I have only been in Cleveland, Ohio for less than a year so I called Roto-Rooter due to name recognition and also because they were members of The BBB and on Angie's List. I called to see when someone could come to the house and was surprised when I was told that someone would be on the way right away. This was around noon and I thought "sure 8 o'clock tonight".I received another surprise when a serviceman was at my house within an hour.. Bryan was courteous, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem ,snaked all the drains, cleaned the floors aroud the drains, and was finished in just over an hour..I liked that he used the paper booties over his shoes when he came in. The only thing that I didn't like was the high price. I don't know if it was due to the holiday (he said not) or standard pricing. But it had to be done and more
