On Labor Day, Sept. 5th this year, sewage backed up into my basement through 2 floor drains. I dreaded calling a plumber on a holiday, but it had to be done. I have only been in Cleveland, Ohio for less than a year so I called Roto-Rooter due to name recognition and also because they were members of The BBB and on Angie's List. I called to see when someone could come to the house and was surprised when I was told that someone would be on the way right away. This was around noon and I thought "sure 8 o'clock tonight".I received another surprise when a serviceman was at my house within an hour.. Bryan was courteous, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem ,snaked all the drains, cleaned the floors aroud the drains, and was finished in just over an hour..I liked that he used the paper booties over his shoes when he came in. The only thing that I didn't like was the high price. I don't know if it was due to the holiday (he said not) or standard pricing. But it had to be done and
