(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/4/2012

I had a clogged sink and I called Roto-Rooter. John, the Plumber,came out within an hour of when I called. He unclogged the drain and gave me some good suggestions to keep it clog free. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use him again for my plumbing needs. Cleveland, Ohio. more

Clogged Pipes 3/13/2012

To make a long story short I had a backed up kitchen sink and bathroom sink which eventually backed up in my bathroom sink and had water every where. It was a Sunday afternoon and had no idea who to call. I went to the yellow pages and found the ad for Roto-rooter Plumbers. They were 24 hrs. and did not charge extra for nights, weekends or Holidays. They were at my house within 2 hours. I had 2 very bad clogs in my kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately a day later I found a leak in one of the pipes they took apart. I called and again someone was at my house within and hour and the problem was fixed at no charge because the work prior was guaranteed. I would definately recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbers to my family and friends. They were very professional and they got the job done. more

When you have a plumbing emergency in Cleveland, Roto-Rooter is always available. I have used Roto-Rooter twice now (once for tree roots growing in the sewer line and another time for a clogged bathtub). Both times they were able to fix the problem very quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the customer service and would be happy to give 5 stars if I found their services a bit more affordable. more

Drain service 2/23/2012

Our bathtub had been slow draining for quite some time. We had used Roto-Rooter before and found the service to be excellent. The serviceman worked diligently, and upon completion of the job, the bathtub was draining much quicker. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 02/06/12 2/22/2012

I had a little water in the basement from sewer line and I called to Roto-Rooter for help. Mike arrived promptly. He took the camera out the sewer and explains to me that we are dealing with a severe root problem and supply possible options to fix. He answered all my questions in plain English so I fully understood the entire procedure. After selection appropriate option they started working next day to replace damaged line on front yard. The fix was done shortly and effective. I would like to say thank entire crew: Mike Z. #7708, Steve T. #3116, and Dan E. I would recommend they plumber work to anyone in Cleveland with plumbing/ drain problems. more

Above and beyond the call 2/7/2012

We had a slow running kitchen sink drain and when you ran the water for a period of time the water would back up into the sink. We tried brand name drain cleaners but nothing worked. Called Roto Rooter and they sent John to fix the problem. It turned out to be a most difficult job and John used all the tricks in his bag to open the drain. He worked tirelessly to open the clog which he determined was under the basement floor out near the connection to the main sanitary line. John was bound and determined to open the clog thus saving us an unnecessary expense of having to dig up the front yard and snake through the main sewer cleanout. John got the the drain open and I can't thank him enough. We will continue to use Roto Rooter for our plumbing requirements in the future. more

Drain Service 2/7/2012

I called and within 20 min. they were their. very professional. i explaned what the problem was and the service man explaned what he could do to correct the problem. He gave an approx. amount of time the fix would take and a total cost of the repair. The services mans name is Chris. He cleaned up afterwords. i was amased. i will deffenatly use Roto-rooter service again if needed. I highly reccomend them more

The Plumber from roto rooter, Jonathan Church was very polite and knowledgable. He kept us informed as to what he was doing as he did it. We had some unusual problems due to the large number of trees in the cleveland bay village area and he put us in contact with a field supervisor for additional help more

So far I know that Roto-Rooter has provided me with the best plumbing experience in Cleveland. They came the same day as my call, almost immediately and the plumber did not shy away from any hard work that had to be done ( which has been my experience with other plumbers in the past). Also I am so pleased that the work is guaranteed for 6 months so I can rest assured that all will be taken care of. So far my drain in working great and I'm very pleased..one less thing to worry about! more

Roto-Rooter plumber of Cleveland, Oh came to our aid when our kitchen sink was backed up. He was prompt, courteous and professional and gave us a price when he first diagnosed the problem. He explained everything as he went along and finished without wasting time. He cleaned his work area and removed the empty packaging from the new parts. The price we paid was exactly what he quoted in the beginning. We will definitely call Roto-Rooter for future plumbing needs. more

John was an amazing professional! 12/29/2011

My garbage disposal died the day before I was to prepare my first Christmas dinner for my family and friends. To say that I was less than pleased was an understatement, especially since I had just had the disposal replaced two years earlier. I logged on to the internet and set up an online appointment with Roto Rooter. I was afraid that with the holiday and the short notice, that I was going to have a nightmare of a time both setting up the appointment and paying the bill. The next morning, Roto Rooter confirmed my appointment and sent John to the house. He was friendly, professional and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He showed me where the previous plumber had been negligent, and broke down the process of both repairing/replacing/or replumbing the sink. He did a great job installing the new disposal, and I was thankful that he explained to me the pricing, and the way that the checks were processed. Roto-Rooter Appointment Thursday Dec. 22, 2011 12/23/2011

The plumber's name was Derrick. He was very professional. He called ahead to let me know what time he would be here and he was on time. He was able to figure out immediately what the problem was once I informed him of what was happening (and what wasn't happening) in my kitchen. He explained to me thoroughly what was needed and how long it would take and how much it would cost. He fixed the problem very thoroughly and cleaned up the mess immediately thereafter. Best customer service ever 12/20/2011

Roto-Rooter, Cleveland gave me the best customer service on a Sunday evening. With it being a Sunday I assumed that Roto-Rooter Cleveland would give me an appointment for another day the young lady who answered my called instructed me that a service personal would be out within an hour and he was. When Edward appeared at my door he put on his little blue shoes and went straight to work assuring me that he could clear up my flooded basement. He explained the cost of both services that he would provide. Edward went as far to help me mop up the basement afteer he was all done and gave me tips on how to finish the job. That was the best service call I had ever experienced and it was not a cheap service call either, however I am glad I chose Roto-Rooter Cleveland. I started to call a friend to help but I am really glad I didn't because Edward did a better job than I could have expected. THANK-YOU ROTO-ROOTER CLEVELAND. more
