(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

On Sunday, September 15th, we noticed the water pressure in our toilet was not where it should be. Within an hour of our call, our serviceman Mike (1031) was at the house and fixed our problem right away. He was very professional, friendly and courteous and alleviated our worries. On Saturday Sept 7th I noticed that my basement was flooded, within a half hour of my call to Roto-Rooter, the technician, Derek was there to help me. He found that my sewer line was blocked with tree roots and removed them, and cleared the line. Derek made arrangements for another technician (Jim 1405) to come and do the clean-up that same night. I was very happy with their work and prompt attention. I was able to sleep that night knowing that the problem was taken care of. more

Great Service! I called and someone (Joe 3219) was out within an hour. At first he was having some problems snaking our tub (we have a very old house) but after a few attempts he was able to solve the problem. I will definitely be using Roto Rooter again if I have any problems, I will also request that Joe be the technician that comes back to our house. more

We called Roto-Rooter for a garage drain that kept backing up. With the recent rainy weather, it had flooded our basement. John (2723) came and snaked the drain, an easy fix to an on-going problem. He was professional, helpful and friendly We are very happy with the work he did. The price was reasonable and we also have a warranty on the work. more

Had drainage problems after a big storm. Old house with lots of trees in yard. John 2723 came out at the time promised, solved the initial problem, but checked to make sure other issues weren't involved. After Paul 3569 jet lined our drains, we should be good for 20 years! more

A very reliable company! We started having trouble with our drains when our water was taking too long to drain after using the washing machine. Our tech Larry(418) was very timely and knowledgeable. It turns out our problem was much more severe than at first glance but we are grateful for their expertise. We will continue to use roto-rooter in the hopefully distant future. more

Great Job!!! 4/28/2013

Roto Rooter saved the day! I was having an issue with water constantly running in the tank. So annoying. After two nights I couldn't take it. I had no way to turn off the water! I called Roto Rooter and the operator was so pleasant and couldn't have been nicer. The tech came out that night. Adam, tech 929, was excellent! He replaced the flapper and installed a tube so I could turn the water off and on. He was so efficient and didn't miss a detail! He even tighted up the toilet seat! I was impressed. I hope I don't have any more emergencies but if I do, I won't hesitate to call Roto Rooter. more

This was a terrible experience. I got completely ripped off. The plumber was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Dont trust the pricing here though. I paid $720 for a sub-pump replacement to find out I could have had it done for MUCH cheaper! more

I had the pleasure of having Mike #229 service my home. I had a backed up sewer pipe that flooded my basement. I could not stand the stench after a few days so I called Roto-Rooter immediately. Our tech Mike (1063) was awesome!!! We were so upset about our sink not draining and worried about what it could be. Mike was kind, professional, and was very informative!!!
