(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Chagrin Falls- Our kitchen sink and dishwasher were backing up and creating a real mess. Joe #3219 came out to the house, was right on time and it only took him a few moments to see what was going on. He explained the problem, gave us our options and let us know what the cost would be before he even began. He was very friendly and extremely professional and in addition to fixing the clogged pipe, also went the extra mile to put some plumber's glue on a couple of loose joints that were in need of it. No extra charge. We were really pleased with his service and will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again (and ask for Joe, of course) when we have our next plumbing problem. And in a 55 year old house, you know we will. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. more

my entire basement flooded in cleveland ohio due to root growth from a tree....big disaster...after draining the water and starting the drying process it was after 9 p.m....the tech showed up earlier than expected, was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable....he gave me a coupon discount and all in all i was extremely satisfied with my dealings with roto rooter...impressed i wasn't squeezed financially like some emergency plumbers do. more

Garfield Heights - They're 24 hours assistance is wonderful. I called them at 9 pm, with concerns of my bathroom sink leaking and they were able to come out within a hour of me calling and gave me estimates to repair. They were also able to fix my sink that night. They're service is great!! They respond very quickly, and they were the only ones I able to reach that night. more

Shaker Heights-They were the first company that was responsive to our sewer problem! They came out right away and analyzed what the problem was. Few weeks later came out and replaced our T-line in a very competent and quick manner. Would highly recommend them! more

They came out the next morning to clean out our basement drain. They worked around my schedule for convenience. The technician was very helpful in recommending needed services to not only fix our problem, but was able to catch a larger problem and address it before it became substantially worse. Very courteous and couldn't be happier! more

South Euclid - I called and within 2 hrs had an extremely nice and knowledge tech (Larry) show up. He was efficient and upfront about everything, the costs, time to do the job, diagnosis, etc. Wonderful experience! RR snaked an exterior drain under my flower bed and was done in about 45 minutes total. more

Beachwood/Shaker Heights, Ohio - When I called, the person in the office who scheduled the call was very nice and accommodating to my schedule. The technician, Larry, was honest and forthright about the problem. He fixed the problem and was helpful in explaining the guarantee and how to prevent the problem in the future. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again, and refer them to anyone needing plumbing and drain work! more

Earlier this week we noticed we had drainage issue with our sewer. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out to assess the situation. After their comprehensive evaluation, it was discovered we had tree roots invading our pipes plus a collapsed section of line, causing backed-up & slow drainage. Steve (#3116) explained and showed me exactly where the problem was. He called it in to get an exact quote. The next day Steve came back to jet out our drainage completely to rid all the tree roots, which he did thoroughly until the last root was out! He then fixed the broken tile section. It was done for EXACTLY the price quoted, even though it took him a little longer to accomplish the job due to stubborn tree roots.\r Steve was really personable, and never left us out of the loop of what he was doing.\r Great employee and fast response of the company!! Monday September 9th we were having issues with our kitchen sink overflowing,even after using draino the night before. At first we thought it was our garbage disposal but we weren't sure so we made an appointment with root-rooter. Walter was over in the evening in the time frame that was given to us and he was very friendly and knowledgable. He even informed us that using draino causes more plumbing issues so we will know that for the future. He brought along roto-rooter solution to use and let us keep the rest of the bottle, advised us when and how to use it in all of our sinks and drains. I will use them again for all my plumbing issues. more
