Review content:
The main water valve was leaking in our basement on Sunday night (MLK weekend) and we called Roto Rooter. We were told to call Cleveland Water to have them shut off water to the house then our plumber would arrive. When the city arrived, I called again and Mike 3626 arrived promptly. He, my husband and the Cleveland water technician searched for 2 hours for the shutoff without luck. Mike then told us to call him when the dig crew came. The next morning, when the dig crew came, I called him and again he was here in no time. As soon as the water was turned off, he fixed the valve and saved my basement from getting flooded. Thank you root rooter for sending Mike. He was phenomenal. I felt like he really wanted to help us out.
