Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had rain water coming up through my basement floor drains during heavy storms. I rented a drain snake & tried to fix the problem myself but was unsuccessful. I decided to call a reputable plumber in Cleveland: Roto-Rooter. \r Jonathan from Roto-Rooter worked after hours to get to the bottom of my problem. He jetted out my main drain line & then did a camera inspection to locate the problem. He was very helpful and informative. He showed me the source of the problem on the video monitor. Luckily, the problem was a broken city line which tied into the sewer drain. Jonathan gave me a DVD copy of the video & then called the city to inform them of the problem. \r I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again! more

After another plumbing company wasn't able to fix a leaky shutoff valve on a pipe in my basement leaving me with cut pipes, solder all over the floor, a leaky main valve and leaving my tenants without water as well, I called Roto-Rooter. They sent John (#3623) , a plumber from the Willow Parkway Roto-Rooter franchise in Cleveland, Ohio. John knew exactly what to do to stop the main valve from leaking (the nut had come loose), and he did a great job replacing other corroded shut off valves. He and David also cleaned everything up when they were done. Thanks for helping me out over the Memorial Day weekend! more

We just had our water heater installed on Saturday May 29th by William Poe. He has done major work for us in the past so when the water heater went we requested him personally to come out and make the service call. He did an outstanding job and completed the job in the allotted time. Although, Roto-Rooter may not be the cheapest I would recommend them for their quality service. more

The gentleman, Larry, who came was very professional and experienced. He cleaned our line but was unable to get all the way through to the city sewer. He recommended a camera inspection and I told him to go ahead.\r \r He suggested I watch the inspection, which I did. He also was able to accurately determine the exact location of the block, and since this was on the street, the city will need to fix it.\r \r I asked if he could explain the situation to the city and he did so which I really appreciate.\r \r He explained everything very well so I understand the condition of my sewer line and know what to do in the future.\r \r Thanks Roto-rooter, and thanks Larry! more

I had a plugged storm drain in my driveway that is the only drain that protects my basement from being flooded. With all the rain we have had this year I was faced with a major problem if that drain was not unplugged. I called Roto-Rooter of Cleveland and they arranged for a technician to come to my home. John #2723 was knowledgeable, friendly and explained what he was going to do and what he the hoped the results would be. Needless to say I am happy with the results and if I ever need a plumber again I will call Roto-Rooter of Cleveland. more

Thank you so much for making my headache go away!\r Yesterday my driveway drain became completely clogged causing my garage to become flooded...Of course this happened after a long day at work....So back to work as soon as I got home! (no-fun)..I decided to give roto-rooter a call...To my astonishment they politely said they would send someone out right away....I expected a few days wait ..After a few hours my dilemma was resolved !!!! My basement flooded during the rain storms on May 14, 2011....I live in Cleveland. The sewers backed up! I called Roto-Rooter and within 2 hours(which I feel was good, being that there were alot of people with the same problem that day) Mike #229 the plumber was there to snake out the drain. Mike has to be Roto-Rooters best employee! His customer service skills are excellent! I was so upset when he arrived and he went right to work. He talked to me, not at me. He did more than he had to.........as I am a care giver for my ill parents, he made sure the hot water tank also came back on before he left. He also referred a excellent company, to do the cleaning as there is no way that I could have done it myself. That Company is Core. They are excellent also. more

I can't believe how fast and convenient it was! I highly recommend these guys! more

I was skeptical at first in calling roto-rooter to have someone come out to fix my toilet's plumbing. I assumed that by Roto-rooter being such a large, well-known company, their service would be impersonal and expensive. I'm so glad that I was completely wrong on both counts! When Floyd came to my home, he was considerate enough to wear protective covering on his shoes to keep from tracking any outside debris through my home. That to me was the first sign of good things to come. Floyd was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He actually took the time to educate me not only on the cause of my plumbing problems, but also advised me on how to perform several basic home improvement projects that he observed while inspecting the plumbing. He also offered several different remedies on how to fix the problem at hand. Above all, Floyd discovered a simple fix to the toilet's plumbing that not only resolved a problem I've had for two years, but saved me A TON of money. I've had plumbers come to my home, but none of them were as thorough or thoughtful as Floyd. I'm extremely appreciative to Roto-Rooter for having sent Floyd to my home - and I mean that sincerely, I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has a plumbing issue, and I hope that all of their serviceman are as professional and genuine as Floyd. more
